On March 25, 2020 @ 12:30 hours approximately, It was the 6th time I visited this BK location Servicarro (on the go). We placed the order for 5 persons, and they delivered "everything" to us in a big bag. We where on a run this day, so we didn't check everything was complete. 1 minute later one of my friends tells me that two Bacon Kings Burgers were missing. We turn around and asked for them. They treat us as burglars, they said they did delivery it, and that it was on camera recorded. I asked them to show us the video, but the BK ladies refused to. They made a big drama, they said they will not give us the missing Bacon Kings, and shut the window in front of us. We had to go to a different restaurant to buy food. Don't visit this Burger King restaurant, customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Don't lose your time and money.
They can't be trusted I ordered a 12 piece chicken tenders and they gave one sweet and sour and tried charging me for a second sweet and sour. It's not possible to eat a 12 piece with one sweet and sour. Not lit.....
Onion Ring lovers count your onion rings a big order is 16 onion rings for $1.99. A small order 8 onion rings you are getting short changed if you don't count.
Y always ask for the same thing and they always get the order bad and not just that they charge everything and never put it , that makes me so angry tbh
