Normally I don't write reviews about Food chains, but this Joint Manager (Burger king #7161) went beyond their duty so I have to mention their good work. We were coming back from Ceiba Ferry Terminal (Playa Flamenco). Ferry took 90 minutes instead of 40 minutes, so all restaurants were closed in that area and the only option was this Burger king.
We went there but the door was closed. It was 11 PM and we asked them, "can we dine in, we are starving and all other joints are closed"?
The manager who was a 65+ old lady like a granny, happily obliged and let us in. They took our order, there was an English-Spanish issue but we figured it out.
We got our order, had dinner, left a generous tip for the Manager (I will call her cute granny), and left. There was a couple of other staff- they all were also helpful.
Thank you BK #7161 staff. You guys are amazing.
Went there the other Day with a Friend for a quick Bid,we order,we paid.I got the wrong Order ,the Girl on the Counter was handling Money, cleaning the Counter, scratches her Back and touching Food with no Cloves.
The Table we sit was clean but underneath was Food and Paper. Place was almost empty.

At 10:30 at night we pulled up, the person said something abrupt that sounded like an order but neither of us understood, we inquired and a man came back, asked what our order was. We told him we didn't order and didn't understand the woman and he told us to hang on, then never came back. Finally we pulled through without ordering and went home.

Employees were very slow paced
I couldn't leave because I was in the middle of the line, it seems like people are used to the kind of service .

The drive thru attendant was fun and helped us feel at-ease with our limited Spanish -speaking ability. The fries were disappointingly colder than they should be. In fact, EVERY fast-food joint in Puerto Rico that we have visited had fries so bad that we just threw them out.
On a good note, the sodas are always very authentic. Meaning, they don’t taste watered down …
Not for nothing but the Burger Kings in Puerto Rico are absolutely way better than the ones in the U.S. they are immaculate and the service is incredible every is spotless the food doesn't look like it was thrown into the bag the Burgers put together neatly there's so much pride in these workers. Thank You
We ordered $45 worth of food and we were missing 3 small fries, 3 drinks and 2 whoppers. When we asked for it they said they gave it to us already. They argued with us for 20 minutes only to say that they shut off the fryer and grill and we never got the rest of our food! Crazy!
