The food was fresh loved the service but only one thing the cashier spoke no English need bilingual people it would help a lot since Puerto Rico has so many turist like my self.

Ordered my breakfast but asked for my money back cause the person held the cup with her finger inside the cup to place it on the orange juice machine... just before that she at the register counting money not that it matters cause her finger should not be at any time inside the cup to grasp the cup... People don't understand that we are in a.pandemic and we have extremely careful not to spread germs specially in a restaurant... Not her nor the manager asked me why the refund...
April 10, 2017 time 11pm......If I could post my opinions of this establishment without giving it NOT even 1 star it would be great as quite frankly they do not deserve it. There is a lack of customer service and tact with customers. I just had the worse experience ever. I just got out of a game and my daughter was very hungry and was craving to eat at a Burger King. I had been waiting in line for my turn in the drive thru for over 15 minutes when all of a sudden they decide it is 11pm and it is time to turn the lights off in the drive thru which I can understand it is to let NEW comers know they are closed. A lady takes the order of the car in front of me and when I drive forward to give my order I was greeted with the most lack of respect all she said literaly was "We're closed no more orders" and ignore the fact i was there in line. I had to explain to her I have been in this line patiently waiting for my turn and you practically told me to leave your closed. She kept quiet knowing I was there and did not respond until I said; excuse me, hello, are you really shutting me off that it not the way you treat customers. Again she kept quite for 5 seconds and said "all I have are nuggets". She did not even apologize what so ever. This establishment deserves an F on customer service and the Manager along with the lady employee on duty tonight need to be retrained.
I hope Corporate management takes these comments into considerations to use for improvement.
If you thought you had bad costumer service in the Island wait till you order here! waited 15 minutes just to take my order through the drive through, never apologizes for tge wait and then had to wait 20 minutes more in the parking to get my food! And they got the order wrong! Service sucks!! Not the first time stuff like this happens here!
Food was okay. But no coffee, no Fanta, no eggs for extra add-ons on order. Better than my other BK experiences. Neat inside, and was serviced in English
Slow. Bad food. Bad clothes. The burger was absolutely disgusting. The clothes that the woman was wearing did not fit her. I waited about 10 minutes for two people in front of me. Definitely not a great place.
