Play place closed with sign on door. Appeared to be for no reason. Employees busy on their cell phone, no Ketchup dispenser working and bucket had 2 Ketchup packets in it, it was just empty with lots of employees, ordered coke items and told after paying they were out. Homeless man with dog brought in a pizza to eat in corner of lobby. Rediculous, did not feel safe at all. Felt bad for my kids and other families with kids that we were looking forward to play area. I have made 2 separate attempts ordering on the BK app, and both orders were the same and incomplete. Double Whopper with Bacon and Cheese med. Fries, Diet coke, and Hershey chocolate pie. BK would not refund or cancel the first order. They only would give me a $10 off coupon for my next purchase. The second time I ordered, the order was incomplete again. Both times, I miss the diet coke and Hershey chocolate pie. So this time, I returned the order with the driver because I didn't want another $10 off coupon. I am now having to fight to get a refund and get the order canceled. I am done with Burger King and will not be ordering from Burger King anymore 😪 Update 03/07/2024 they said they can not refund my money or refund my $10 off coupon. Usually this Burger King does very good with service and the making of food. Well today I ordered food. Everything was good but after already drinking my fountain drink all gone I opened to dump the rest out as it was watered down just to find two full receipts in my fountain drink. Receipts of food I didn’t even order and seemed to be shoved in then filled. Keep in mind I drank this drink almost all gone. This is absolutely disgusting. I am so disgusted that I wasted my money on this place, I've literally been at work since 8 this morning, I am unable to leave my building to get food so I thought I'd order from this location right across the street.. I purchased a Large meal ... and (the picture below is what I received) my burger was cold && is this a large fry? Are you kidding me? And where is my drink? The delivery driver was like "sorry girl" and walked out of my building ... Luckily I am saved and I believe that vengeance is the Lord's and not my own. Like I said before & I'll say it again. The country folks are very reserved about how they treat employees. They are polite, patient & fast at Burger King. It's such a breath of fresh air to go to Burger King & be greeted with such genuine sincere employees. In the above I mentioned folks in the country, I was talking about the residents in Tomball treating Burger King employees with respect & not being ugly if their orders were wrong. My grand babies had fun on the in door playground. It was dirty, sticky around the window and table and in the playground. They love going to play. The French bread was overcooked. On 11/3/23 The food took 35 minutes to be ready, and even then it was almost all cold, even after getting new food it was still not fresh. Playplace has no AC, and the place was overall dirty. I dont live in this area so I have only been here once or twice. Each time I recall the food not being good at all. And I hate that taste of old food being microwaved. If this was free food then I get what I get. But paying consumers should not have to endure sloppy service, nasty dining, and disgusting food for any price. All we want is a decent meal at a decent price. Why is this place still operating? Is anyone (corporate)reading the reviews? Is there anything the city can do? Both times I came here were awful. First time just wanted a plain whopper meat, cheese, ketchup. I got it fully dressed. I went back into the drive thru and practically had to yell for the person to hear me. The second time I get to the window after placing my order and I see nothing about bills over 20 or 50s or 100s not being accepted. The young lady then tells me they don't accept them and I ask where it's even posted and suggest they should post it and she takes it off the wall of their back area and shows me. Like that is going to help🤨🤦‍♀️

Very dirty. Only went because chik fil a is closed for renovations and I needed an indoor place to play. I had to clean the tables myself and my wipe turned black. Not sure it’s somewhere I will go back inside. The food was normal Burger King food. You can kind of see the dirtiness of the table in the picture. Everything was very sticky.
