About
At this fast food, guests can have good chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets and causa. Based on the visitors' opinions, waiters offer good lemonade or good coffee. Burger King is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices here are reported to be fair. There is calm atmosphere at this place, as people see it. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

The food is typical burger king. Decent but just barely. Sandwiches just slapped together with no attempt at symmetry. I have been at this store a number of times in the past, mainly because its near a Daiso I go to. My biggest complaint is that their customer service is abysmal. Actually its non-existent. Utterly lacking even the tiniest semblance of something you would call service. I dont think they give it a second thought. You enter the empty store and stand by the register for LITERALLY several minutes, hoping someone will acknowledge your existence and possibly take your order. You can see several people looking at you in the kitchen but no one says "Hey there's a customer at the register". They just stare at you while preparing food for the drive thru. And you wait and wait.... When the guy finally comes to the counter, he says nothing. No greeting, no "sorry for waiting", no nothing. Just like he is doing you a big favor to wait on you. Then he realizes that he cant get into the register so he has to go get a white plastic card to log in from someone else. As if this is the first time he has ever waited on a customer. Comes back to the counter. Still nothing. No apologies. Slides the card and logs in . Finally he looks at you and I give him my order - several times because apparently he cant understand the English language well enough to take an order. And I cant understand his thick Pakistani or Indian accent so we go back and forth. He makes no attempt to make himself understandable at all. In the end Im still not sure he got my order right. They dont have any napkins out for you to take. You have to ask for them and they only give you a few until you ask for a few more. The whopper is messy so you need lots of napkins. You ask for the Zesto sauce and they dont even know where they keep it so you have to show them it in the box under the counter. Clearly the owner of this store doesnt think that CUSTOMER SERVICE is a vital component of the experience. I have lived in other countries, and the first thing I try to do is to acclimate to their cultures, to fit in and respect them. These workers just bring their culture with them and make no attempt to offer customer service with a smile. Just shove the food out and ignore the customer. Its an oppressive atmosphere. Not comfortable at all. So I decided I wont be going back again. Im not going to support this nonsense with my money. I wish I could give them zero stars for service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location is usually pretty quick and with-it. In the drive-thru today, however, I ordered a BK Big Fish with mayonnaise instead of tartar sauce, because I think the sandwich is normally too pickley. That's a word. I do like pickles, just not in overabundance. When I got home, I discovered they'd given me a chicken sandwich. With tartar sauce. And pickles. Luckily, I'm not a pescatarian, but if I was I'd have been incensed. Pro tip: If you can get fresh BK chicken nuggets, definitely do so. They are amazing, even sans sauce, and far better than McDonald's. BK's are thinner, however, so they turn into cold cardboard faster, and they don't seem to pull them as quickly as McD's, so odds are high that you'll get cold cardboard. Bon chance.
