Good burgerking restaurant, the service is great in difference to many other burgerking out there, they do put in some extra effort when there and you need help so that great. This place is seriously bad at getting the order right. Pretty much every order is wrong. Bacon burgers without bacon, onion burgers without onion. Basically I’ve paid for the ‘high-end’ burgers but only got something equivalent to the basic options. The staff are rude and always seem to be in a rush even when it’s empty. We came 3 minutes before 10 morning on a Sunday Staff really not nice and not welcoming they ignored us as customers Only when we asked they said in Swedish opens in 3 minutes had to tell them a few times we are tourists and speak only English No one on the shop ( not clean branch ) And we had to come in with the lovely dog we have. No sign that no dogs allowed They said sorry no dogs in a “ restaurant “ We could sit outside with the dog But it’s a branch on a highway people drive with their dogs Will be good that the management reviews the policy and the branch performance / vibe / customer service … Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the worst branches I encountered, dirty and food is bland and semi hot. Worst is they have 6 workers and 2 customers me included and yet it took them 15m to take my order and deliver. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dirty tables and chairs, bathroom was filthy - urine on the floor and overflowing bins and there was water all over the floor where the food was being prepared. Not good at all. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 100–200

Busy place + Unorganised staff = a backlog of orders, food that's been hanging around/not fresh/not hot, dirty tables, overflowing bins, dirty toilets. Quite disgusting tbh. It's only saving grace was a nice playarea for small children.

We ordered chicken burger meal in which we got one medium sized burger ... burugare also French fries or pommes and drink dryck coke large cup And double sized BBQ cheese burgare It also came with double Patti full of meat which is grinned beef Pommes French fries also dryck drink medium cup coca cola King wings - chicken wings expected like crispy but little disappointed but taste good and healthy Because of covid only 4 people in table os allowed so we just moved separately and had price wings looks bit cheaper

The japanese black garlic burger was really good, but the rest of the order was horrible. Three burgers and the fries was hardly even room temperature, at a sitdown meal. And the chocolate milkshake tasted vanilla with just a hint of chocolate.

Stopped in late evening and they were out of the special burgers, had no catchup, were joking in the kitchen with foul language with many customers present. The wait was fairly long for a basic order. One plus for them was that we were brought a free dessert just as a nice gesture. This location needs a basic lesson in customer service and resource management and could be a pleasant, convenient, and clean location.
