It's a Monday and the place is understaffed... surprise everyone including the Manager working together like a well tuned machine were able to turn out quality, tasty Whopper jr in a very timely manner. First off let me say, this is a fast food restaurant. If you are going to complain about every detail of your food, go home & cook it yourself. :) Living in surprise, I specifically drive to this one everytime. I love the chicken sandwich & adding american cheese. Food is always hot and fresh. The people are nice & friendly despite being understaffed at times. They hold their composure & they do their best!! What more can you ask for!! Absolutely disgusting and horrible service! The staff decided that putting toilet paper in our bag would be appropriate since they were out of napkins 🤢 never in my life have I experienced this. I mean they forget the napkins half the time anyway. I would have rather they just left them out all together. Then we go speak to the manager and she seems to think it was totally okay because she assured us that “it’s the toilet paper we use from the bathroom but it’s clean”. So gross. Never again. I love Burger King but not this one. Had lunch there today, the place was filthily. Bathroom was dirty, all floors were dirty, you could see footprints everywhere. The ice maker on the drink machine did not work and the ketchup dispenser was empty. The worker had to put ice into my cup as the one on the machine did not work. He put three ice cubes in the cup. My biggest problem was how dirty it was. There was a stepladder in front of the drink machine that was totally covered in grease---everywhere on the ladder was grease. I had to move it to get some napkins, then had to clean my hand where I touched the ladder. The quality of this particular Burger King is in the toilet. Not anything like it used to be---could be the employees but the owner should be checking as well. CLEAN IT UP. I think if the health dept had checked today, they would defiantly had a problem. Another great lunch experience at a Burger King. I had a craving for a delicious Whopper so I swung into Burger King in Surprise. I love "Having it my way!!" No onions, lots of lettuce (I try to double-up on greens as its healthier for me), and light on the sauces. Yum. They did a great job, it was fresh and hot, and delicious. This place is the worst ever. No regular burgers?? No tomatoes??? Whopper made with half of the burger dry on the bun, and half smothered in mayo..who owns a burger king and runs out of food like this? Glad there is another burger place nearby. Place is clean and staff is nice. I have kids so like the fact that ot has a play area. My only issue here is the long wait for food. Even with no one ahead of me in line, still had to wait more then 10 minutes to get my basic order. Wish they would step that up and we'd be golden.

Went through the drive-thru a couple of weeks ago, and the guy working the window did not put the lid on my drink all the way. So, when he handed it to me, it spilled down my arm, onto the outside of my car, and along the inside of the door. He stood there and started to laugh until I demanded some napkins. There was no apology or anything. Terrible service.
