Walked inside just to be turned around and told to go through the drive thru because lobby was closed. Placed my order and went home to eat, never checking my order. Big disappointment!! Buns were hard (like old, not over toasted) meat was burned & dry. Old soggy lettuce, tomatoes and onions were placed on my burger!😡 BK was 1 of the few places left that price was decent per size of burger. Another Fast-food marked of my list. It's amazing how places that do business like this manage to stay open. At least they got the name correct.. "The Impossible Whopper" was Impossible to eat. Great food, service and atmosphere. With so many restaurants nearby and across the street, definitely our best choice. Their sandwiches are definitely the right size. This is by far the worst fast food establishment in this whole area. First, you can't sit inside for too long because it smells like a human waste, Secondly, they will, as a matter of fact, get your order wrong after several times eating here, not once has the order been all there or even the right things. Third, if by magic you do get eventually get the right items, they will not be made properly, i.e., not toasted, not the right ingredients placed on them, etc. Fourth, if you pay in cash, you have to count your change throughly they will get that wrong also So do not give this location your time or business Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order thru the app and push the wrong item. I wanted the 2 whopper fries and drinks. Got home and it was whopper Jr's. Drove back and ask if they can replace the order with the one I wanted. I would love to get in contact with corporate, my husband and I experienced the most humiliating and racist experience at this location by an employee that says to be the manager. When I asked for corporates number he refused to give it to me and told me to get it online. The employees name is Daniel. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Where do I even start...? Cant even rate their food, service, or atmosphere because they won't allow me to give them negative stars. Do not give this place the time of day. Or maybe do. You know what? I need every single person in Pasadena to go to this specific Burger King. Just so we can overwork these so-called "employees" so they can experience the same disappointment and rage they make their patrons go through and beyond. My advice? Listen to your customers or consider other career options. It's not astrophysics. Service Take out Meal type Dinner
