Worst BK I've ever been to. I order through the app, which you would think would make things easier. Instead every time I go through the drive thru I'm told to pull up to the sidewalk or just go park. 5-10 minutes later someone comes out with my food. i really wish I could give zero start, i went in to order food at 8:55 pm on tuesday. The whole store was empty. A employee was sitting i the employee dining room he never offered to help me he made himself a drink and continued to ignore me as i was leaving J noticed another employee walking around the drive thru lane talking on his phone smoking i took photo which i going to post. Horrible place don’t ever go. Service Dine in

It used to be a excellent place to get a good hot food and now it’s terrible! You have to 20 to 30 minutes for a burger that cold and it tastes old and hard to eat. The burger taste like cardboard now. The customer service isn’t any better. So it’s like this all the time no more from there I gave it a chance many times and it’s the same. Waste of money!

Hamburgers are always good, but the customer service at this location was amazing! I didn't get the name of the gentleman who helped me with the milk shake order, but he was great! Long line of cars at the drive thru. Nobody taking orders. I called them on the phone and the person who anwsered could barely talk. I told him/her that their service sucks as usual and hung up, left the line and went to sonic. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I asked the manager on duty for my burger straight off the broiler onto my bun and she certainly did not I received a boiled burger out of the pan😡 And to add insult to injury they didn’t have any sweet tea and I asked the young boy at the counter if they going to make more he told it would take too long.
