My husband and I were on a motorcycle, so we tried to go inside and eat. The door was unlocked, so we just walked in and went up to the counter. That was when the employees realized we were there and we were informed that the lobby was closed. We apologized and as we were walking out informed the woman that we are on a bike and that was why we wanted to order inside vs the drive thru. She told my husband to just pull straight up to the window she was working at and she would take care of us. While there wasn't anything specific or out of the norm that happened, this interaction had such a huge impact on my husband and I. Everywhere we go lately, whether it be fast food, a grocery store or a gas station most people are so rude and have zero professionalism. It's very obvious they do not want to be there and they have no shame ensuring everyone around them is aware. Other restaurants would have screamed for being inside, I've literally had it happen before, or treated me as if I'm the biggest inconvenience for simply expecting them to do the job they are getting paid for. I worked fast food for over 14 years so I am aware of what it takes, however I couldn't even imagine acting the way most employees act now. Just wanted to take a minute and make sure the night crew at this location knows that people do notice the little things. You are appreciated! Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lady in drive thru tonight was very rude. Tried to ask her a question but she just shut the window in my face and ignored me. When another employee saw me waiting and tried to help she then told him to not help me. I was not in drive thru long enough to offend her in any way and did nothing to deserve this response. Just plain rude service from older black lady in drive thru. Didn't even bother finishing ordering. Drove to D'iberville and received friendly service. I'll never go back to this location and don't recommend anyone else does. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would never go here again and I wouldn't advise anyone else. Rude customers service, food that's if another car doesn't pay for you would end up with it from the cold fries too the dry burgers. And mgt wasn't any better or helpful towards my complaint or concerns

This place is trash. The staff is trash. The restaurant is trash. Management is trash. There was a hair in my fries an when i went to the counter to have it fix the manager got an attitude with me BEFORE asking what was wrong. Waste of money. The older lady with glasses served me old onion rings and when I asked for fresh ones, she took them, refried them, and served them back to me. Very bad attitude as well.

Got a burger and a side salad during lunch time. Burger was okay but the salad had brown lettuce, discolored cheese and a white ooze coming from the cheese. Tried to call them to speak to a manager to let them know their salads might be bad and no one answered the phone. Save your money and just go somewhere with better quality food & better customer service.

I UberEats a $20 Family Bundle and they didn't include the fries. I talked to a supposed manager "no name given and obviously a stereotypical black woman" rude as hell. She told me to come get the fries. They hire trash and they don't understand that there's a limit to stealing from customers. The food was decent, but the employees are a bit rude. The drive through speaker wasn't working properly at the time, and I couldn't hear the young lady.
