You will like its food, especially nicely cooked double cheeseburgers and tasty chicken nuggets. Visitors don't highly appreciate French toasts and lemonade at this fast food. The great location of Burger King makes it easy to reach by any transport. Most reviewers point out that employees are terrific here. Many people mention that the service is fast. I'm at this burger King and the manager and employees were so disrespectful towards. First, I place an order for my son. I added to the order. The employee Ms. Bonnie called out additional orders and I got it mixed up with my son. employees, " HE'S LYING!" to suggest I was trying to get over. I have never been insulted like this in my life. Then I told thr manager. She apologized. I ordered 2 impossible burger ls for myself that took 30 minutes. I told the manager about Mrs. Bonnie and she apologized. I ask her about my food and she asked the employee "Tasha"....and Tasha said she gave me the food.....I was standing at the front the entire time...( look at the camera)..I'm here. Tasha She yelled back to other"Tasha"....and Tasha said she gave me the food.....I was standing at the front the entire time...( look at the camera)..I'm here now. Tasha continue to accuse me of stealing. My food Finally came and I didn't want it after all of that...so I requested a refund. The manager treated me like a peasant. I am by far insulted, hurt, and disappointed. It's absolutely disgusting. I'm so upset. I demand a formal apology. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is hands down the worst Burger King that I've visited. The food was absolutely terrible and my son and I did not finish half of the food. If you are going to make food that is bad for you at least it must be delicious. This was NOT and I still feel ill 4 hrs later. It also took 15 minutes to get our order. The ketchup pump is like water pasta sauce and they don't have ice tea and the beverage dispenser is broken. Do not go. Absolutely the worst Burger King of hundreds that I've visited. If you want to pay money for terrible food that is terrible for you, this is your spot. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Be cautious and know that this place is filthy in kitchen area. I went in for a dining experience and noticed immediately the filth and dust/ dirt on the overhead area by where the food is prepared. The drink area was nasty and didn’t have ice in the machine. Corporate and the food restaurant compliance needs to walk in this place to see how filthy it is and fines should occur until this place gets in proper order. The bread of my sandwich was stale and tasted weird. the sandwich was drenched in mayo 😡 The lady manager on duty had a bad mood and ugly looks towards us. No smiles at all but the sign outside says they are hiring “smiling faces”. Only 3 staff members were on duty and the cook looked like he lacked hygiene etiquette. The only person who deserves five stars in the person/ lady who took our order, she was so nice and full of smiles. Be cautious! The establishment was freshly cleaned when I walked in. They had a great deal on breakfast sandwiches which is what i came for. The service was promptly handled and the cashier was very personable. The breakfast sandwiches were so good I ate them fast. I love burger king. They really are the king of burgers, and breakfast sandwiches too apparently.

If I could rate this location -10 I would. This location should be shut down!!! I have never experienced such rude service from anywhere as I did in this location. My neighbor and I were one of the only ones in the restaurant and got some really nasty looks from the employees. We were not even ask if we could be helped, I asked them how we should order and was told we thought you were picking up an order. What the hell!!! I guess they would have to acknowledge us to find that out. To say the least the food was cold was told no marinara for the mozzarella sticks after I got the order, even though she ask if I wanted it when we ordered. I ordered a double whopper with cheese and no mayo so I got with no cheese and mustard all over it. I hate mustard! To say the least we were terrified to say anything and just put the food in the trash! So sad that young people make you feel that way. Oh! Forgot mention how filthy the restaurant was nothing filled such as ice, salt, pepper, plastic silverware. Was treated like I was asking for a lot asking for that! Went in to purchase lunch only to find out that the broiler was not up and running due to the manager not preparing it on time! Spoke to manager and she confirmed that lunch starts at 10:30. It's 11:07 and she stated it will need 35 more minutes! Meantime she was the drive thru window feeding birds! Based on my own profession, and the level of management I am. She should certainly not be a manager. She should be fired based on the fact of feeding birds thru a drive thru window. That's not sanitary as it leads to the birds appearing daily looking for food! This establishment, Burger King at Crain Highway S, has its advantages and disadvantages based on my personal experience after visiting it. Advantages: - we requested well done hash brown, and we got it! - close to freeway exits. Disadvantages: - Dirty carpet in front of the drink bar. - No TV playing sports or news. - It’s so dead, since we are the only two groups of customers visiting. - medium quality.

My breakfast sandwich (ham croissant) came with a side of plastic! I noticed it after I reached my destination. So I quickly went back (inconvenient) but I didn't put up a fuss. They made me a new sandwich & apologized. They even gave me free hash browns 😋 Food: 2 Service: 4

This location has gone downhill. Very dirty inside everywhere. Very disorganized staff. Fries given to me cold. Burger received was not what I ordered after confirming 5 times. Waited at order speaker over 5 minutes after I was told to wait for a minute. Walked inside to staff just standing around doing nothing. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
