I cannot give this location enough praise! The manager ( so sorry I can’t remember his name, he told me but my memory is going sadly ) really cares about his restaurant and his customers and it shows. Every single time we go in, he is working away and stops what he’s doing to greet us. The employees there really look happy to be there, which is a reflection of the manager. The restaurant is always clean and the food is hot and exactly as we order it, every time. We thank you for your consistent excellence, and we wish you and your staff all the best! Amazing Staff The food was prepared well & the exactly the way we custom ordered the items The staff was exceptionally friendly But the Best was the management! My 72yr father forgot to give them the app numbers on a $30 order for our rewards points 😱 (And we love the Burger King app and rewards points it's a must-have for people that love ❤ 🍔👑 Burger King) I called up to management they said to come on up and the manager went out of his way to make sure that we got our rewards applied to our app account Nowadays a fast food restaurant such as this Burger King that has friendly staff prepares the food right and their management goes out of their way to keep the customers happy and pleased with their service I'll always give them a five-star You won't be disappointed visiting this Burger King in Flagstaff And the view from there restaurant and parking lot is amazing it's why I added the photo Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

ordered two double cheeseburgers Received two burgers that were so hot to touch the bread was microwaved it burned my fingers I realized I had been given old burger that were microwaved 7 minutes after asking for a fresh burgers And watching 5 or six full orders go through Finally get my burgers And they aren't double cheeseburgers I'm so hungry and getting frustrated So I start eating bc I'm hungry the manager says he won't give me the new burgers unless he can throw the one I'm eating in the trash As I ravenously pop the last bite of the first burger in my mouth He says he will not make me a new burger Trash Restaurant Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I come to Burger King last night, use a coupon to get two whopper juniors, two medium fries and a 8 piece chicken nugget. That's a lot of food for a young person trying to get by for $9. It was so good that I figured I'd do it again tonight. I go, order the same thing but this time I'm asked to see the coupon. For convenience I had only taken a picture of it. The manager then says I can't use the coupon. WHY??? I did it yesterday and your store is clearly up and running, corporate didn't come and condemn it or anything. I bet if I asked he'd say "Oh well it's policy." Okay??? And you not following that would effect you how?? Oh no! The multi million or maybe billion dollar company loses out on like $6. What ever will they do? It's just so messed up. I'm not angry at this manager as a Burger King employee but simply as a fellow human being. You're willing to put the company who's ceo's would use you as a doormat if they could above me? It's just so depressing. Whataburger has nothing to worry about from these folks! I ordered hamburgers. They tasted okay but we're about half the size of a Whataburger. Their app is basically something that just is worthless. I used it and it sent me 5 mi to a different place. It didn't warm me that there was another place much closer.
