This area is quite ghetto, so I understand the lack of qualities. This location is fine, but it could be better. Let’s start with the food and service. The food is fine, standard Burger King quality. Whoppers taste ok, nothing to complain about. Nuggets taste good when hot and fresh, so I’ll give points for that. Service, on the other hand, could improve. One time I got here and I got the wrong drink for one of my items (they gave me Dr. Pepper instead of Coke). Ok, that’s fine. I could just dump it out into the beverage machine and refill. When I go to refill, no ice. How does a machine run out of ice so fast in an area that’s not so populated? This issue has happened before as well, so I don’t know what the problem is. Another nitpick is that they don’t just put out your mobile order on the counter like many other fast food restaurants I’ve been to have. You have to come up to them personally and tell them you have a mobile order and state your name. I get it; this is done to prevent theft. But it could be fixed if the workers would just call out your mobile order and if no one comes to pick it up, they could put it back until someone does. Overall, if you really crave BK on a whim, this place is decent to go to. I’ve been to this establishment in the past before many times, and I just feel like the overall quality has decreased over time. Bathrooms and restaurant are dirty. Food is prepared extremely poorly (even for fast food), and the workers are very rude, unmotivated, and intentionally barely speak. This location is one of the worst ones and the entire chain needs a lesson in customer service from a chain like Chick-fil-A. Don’t go here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Front cashier employee with brown dreadlocks looks very ignorant and rude all he was doing was as using profane words with every sentence he used. He was loud, made a lot of customers. Manager seems not to have any respect from his employees. Must be a very unsafe place to work. No drinks in the soda machine. Front desk wasn’t happy that he had to get ice for people or drinks and he express himself using profanity words as usual and manager did not say anything to him. - employees were friendly and respectful. - I don't think the food and place in general is up to code, a few hours after eating here we got very sick. Stomach issues and vomiting. Pretty sure it was mild food poisoning due to this being the only place we ate the other day. - place was also not clean and organized. - prices are normal for the area. - parking was not that bad to find. - inside was cold and just looked dirty in general. - also had a women in there asking people for a ride somewhere, which was annoying to be asked a bunch of times after saying no. - overall will not be returning to this location any time soon due to getting sick . Just right now one worker of the burger king lorton showed me his middle just because I asked for my order and shut the window to my face. Is this how the burger king workers show the customer service? Am just shocked and so upset, we pay to see disrespect???? Never ever anymore will visit this location of the burger king. Food is fine, but the service sucks. Rude, dumb, lazy. Takes 10 minutes to get your food. They act like you're inconveniencing them by coming into the drive thru.
