They are ALWAYS closed.. how did the business update the hours 2 weeks ago to 24 hours?? That's a lie more times than not, I've driven all the way here for these dang cones to be up in the drive thru.... why do you lie?? You aren't even open at 6am.. My husband got us lunch and ordered from the BK app. We love the app and it's never been easier to get our food fast, delicious and while saving money!! I ordered the Impossible Burger (customized due to my food allergies) and got the onion rings for $1 with the BK app deals! We'll definitely be back!!

The dining room is never open from my experience. They've messed my order up in the drive-thru several times. Prices are fair. Staff is friendly. I thought the chicken snack wraps were good. We never got our food It took over 10min for someone to come over to the counter and take our order. After ordering we sat at a table next to the drive thru. We keep seeing cars that pulled in after we ordered and drive off. So after 20 full minutes I went up to cancel my order. That's when the girl said "it's right here" and pointed to a bin with all 4 of my burgers just sitting there. They didn't want to give me my money back. They kept wanting me to take the food. I insisted and got the money back with the woman scowling at me. And I don't understand why the young black guy cooking burgers in the back had to come get involved like he wanted to do something. Crazy how trying to get some burgers turned into a big scene. And all I did was ask for my money back. Food was ok but the service was awful.when I arrived the manager was at front facing toward the kitchen I'm sure he heard the door. But I waited just to see when he would turn 2 min. Later another eployee came and ask if I was ready. I said I have been waiting the manager never said a word. I sat to eat as I'm looking around another costumer and I are here. The place is messy and the manager was counting money on the counter where the food is at. I am sure there is an office to do that and also unsanitary. Here are pics of them counting money and talking and never cleaned wile I was here with no other customers inside.

I get home a little bit after 12am because of my job and im pretty hungry so i try to go to this burger king and theyre almost always closed. Not even anyone at the window saying theyre closes just silence. Theres usually 2 people inside and the sign outside says open 24 hours. so where is the service ? literally sitting in there on their phones getting paid for free. hire new night shift people bc yall are losing business Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wish I could leave 0 stars. After ordering online through the app, checking the hours on here, App, and website to verify the hours for pick up in the drive thru... I arrived with the entire building empty, and its parking lot. Doors locked, and Cones blocking the drive thru.... it was the only money left in my account, and was specifically for my year old daughter to eat tonight. I'm reporting this place, as well as app to the BBB after this. Many food chains need to start remembering what makes it a great one..... fraudulent and misleading hours AND ACCEPTING PAYMENTS WITHOUT PROVIDING A SERVICE OR GOODS is THEFT.
