Was disappointed when I got home after walking in to BK and placing my order. It was a simple order and yet I got home without the med havesies I paid for. I know. I should have checked the bag before I left but all I ordered was a big fish, 4 chkn nuggets, a bacon cheese burger and the havesies. And they werent busy. The staff is extremely nice and very patient. I've never had an issue with any of my orders here. the food is always fresh and even when I have a larger order the food is done in a timely manner. Today they definitely deserved 5 stars. Probably the best burger I've had from BK, anywhere. Good job! Who ever was working around 6pm, Thursday September 14th 2023, give yourselves a pat on a back. Best burger King I've gone too so far. Quick road trip stop, workers were nice and friendly. When my family and I got our food it was nice, hot, and it was pretty fresh for a burger king. Worst experience ever. Went in with my 2 kids to grab something quick. No line inside, so shouldn't take long. I waited 20mins before they started handing me food, but then they tell me they don't have any breaded chicken sandwiches, so now not only did I already wait forever, now I have to wait for my food to be replaced....there is no ice in the coke machine, my fries were under cooked, they only had 3 people working, the food sat in the warmer forever, so naturally the food is getting dried up with hard bread. Disgusting. Horrible, don't come here

Service was fast and helpful but the food quality is horrible double bacon croissant and get literally 2 small pieces of bacon cut in half, had them make a new one and still pretty small i would like to have some bacon flavor in my meal
