Very bad service.. they keep you waiting for long time and if you ask for extra ketchup.. they charge you 150 fils for it.. ( unheard of in Kuwait). Just really badly managed Burger King joint ... Even the staff is not properly informed or trained on the survey policy or basic customer service ettiquete.
