Honestly highly disappointed. Firstly I orders 2 portions of chilli cheese bites, they charged me for them but was not in my order. So there was money wasted. Secondly, I ordered a large strawberry milkshake, most disgusting thing I’ve ever drank!! Who makes a milkshake without ice cream? I will not be going back anytime soon. This burger king is so poorly run. On most days, I get there at 9 and they tell me they are already closed. Today, they closed at 8pm with no warning to the everyday customer. They make us turn at the door by allowing security to pass on the message, with no care whatsoever. I am so disappointed by everything at Mall@Carnival

We love Burger King 🍔 unfortunately when you go through the drive through you have to pack all your items out of the bag and check one by one if the have given you everything, they have now forgotten to give us our full order twice. And it's always something small almost making it not worth the trouble. But damnit they too expensive to just leave it. This was the first time I visited Burger King. It was very busy since they recently opened but the staff were helpful and kind. I got my order in about 10 - 15 minutes. The food tastes really good. They also have some cool special offers available on their app. I will definitely buy from them again.

Ice cream machine should be fixed with speed, however the food was great and although the bottle source is used for marketing purposes I recommend that the meal should include the actual bottle source Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I was ignored by half the staff members, who just stood there continued chatting to each other things that had nothing to do with work. When one of them decided to assist me the service was bed. It's 1 star for them if there was a lower rating than 1 star, i would give them that Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really good and fast service. Staff was super friendly and we even went for a refill for our drinks and it was seamless. Happy staff , love to see it!

Staff are practically absent. Waited 4min before someone appeared behind the cash register. A small meal order takes more than 10 min. The restaurant is untidy and dirty. Hand written stickers indicate out of stock on soda machine. Very badly managed outlet. They destroyed the place and now it is wonderful!! The opening week or two was a disaster and as a result no one dare come here because of the bad reviews and word of mouth. Which means it is nice and quiet now so it is quick to get you're food. Try them again but don't tell your friends or this place is going to be packed again.
