First time ever to dine at Countryside Buona. What a pleasant experience my family and I had there. The food and the service was just outstanding. The dining room hostess', Renee just made our visit as pleasant as any one could. Five stars to Renee. For those who live in that area you will be absolutely satisfied. Ordered 4 beef sandwiches in the drive-thru and waited 20 minutes in a stall to get them.... isn't this Buona BEEF? Food is great and unlike Portillos service without an attitude. Returned today and had a great lunch. The girl that took care of me at the register, Juliana, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Online order a pickup with Italian beef with extra beef, hot spice on side and Char-grilled Chicken avocado jack. Open it without avocado inside and very mess lettuce, onion inside the grilled chicken bun and no extra beef and no hot spices inside my ltaliana beef order. This is not the first time to place online order in this location. I don't wanna to order pickup again with this bad experience. Food: 1 Service: 1

I'm sad to write this review because I've been going to Buona since I was a kid and it is a family favorite. We've been ordering from this location since it opened and every single time we have ordered for delivery something has been wrong or missing. Some examples are a time my husband ordered a combo and got just beef no sausage, we've ordered cheese fries and just got the fries. This time I ordered myself a 10 inch beef and got a 7 inch. It's frustrating because this food isn't cheap. We've done in the restaurant and not had a problem it's really delivery. Which is crazy to me because they way your charged for delivery fees and everything else you'd think they'd want their orders to be on point. We will always love Buona and although this location is closer to our home we might be going to the Hillside location instead from now on.
