Amazing place! As their first customers during lunch, they even gave us some steamed buns and dumplings on the HOUSE! Dumplings were extraordinary (especially with the sweet sauce), and the steamed buns were out of this world. Staff was super friendly and supportive, and restaurant was very clean and tidy. Definitely go and support this small business, because they deserve it.

I got the pork steamed buns and pork fried dumplings, for take out, and was given a complimentary green tea boba (part of the soft opening), but before I left the parking lot I did try one of each dumpling. Here is a breakdown for those thinking of take out vs dine in.
Steamed Buns: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Soup dumplings that exploded with flavor when they were hot and fresh. After a fifteen minute drive they held up, everyone at the table was surprised by how good they were.
Fried Dumplings: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Good while fresh, but the trip started to gently steam them so, like many fried foods, better for dine in than take out or delivery. Five stars if you eat in, four if you get them as take out.
Green Tea Boba: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious, right amount of sweet and the boba was the perfect size and consistency.
Sauces: Tried both the spicy garlic and the garlic soy and both are delicious. They do need some labels or a mark though as I accidentally opened both spicy garlics instead of one of each.
Overall it was very good with only minor nitpicks. I definitely recommend.
