I am a fairly new customer to this coffee shop as it is on my route to work everyday. I really enjoy the coffee here, so much I always get a 32oz coffee. Well I finally filled my first punch card and went to redeem my 10th coffee free and was declined the use of my free punch because I ordered my usual drink in my usual size, and in order to get my drink that was already made I either had to pay for it or down size the cup. Needless to say I paid and left and doubt I'll be back again after I redeem my free 24oz drink. This place is my top choice for coffee in Monmouth! The staff and coffee both deserve 5 stars. We make it a weekend tradition to visit. After just a few visits, they remember your coffee order, and their kindness extends to my family, especially my daughters, who receive stickers and friendly conversation.
