I will say this, I’ve eaten in restaurants in other countries and never have I had better service than I did from a waitress by the name of Britney tonight. I work a really tough and challenging job and sitting in Brittany section made me feel right at home. Such peace. She came and checked on me constantly and treated me more like a family member. I hope that Brittany’s efforts are acknowledged. I highly recommend this location as every time I’ve been, it’s been a treat. First of all… our server’s attitude completely ruined the night from the beginning. She messed up every single order and did not apologize once for her mistakes. We ordered chicken ceasar salad, no chicken. Made a Long Island blue… no cheese in a cheeseburger… absolutely awful overall. I mostly get takeout when I'm at the commons and on the way home. I think they're short staffed most of the time, since it takes around 10 minutes just to get noticed, and usually a server who has tables tells me someone will be right there. Food is what you expect at a wing /burger /bar food type place. If you choose to dine in, and they are properly staffed, you'll have a great time. Lots of tv's and trivia games to keep everyone entertained. Handicap accessible and large bathrooms make it easy to get around. A robust bar to hang out when your food is being prepped. If possible I would’ve given more stars for service. I had an amazing experience purely because how hardworking and dedicated my hostess Layla was. She alone improved my overall experience! It was like a 10 minute wait even though there were a number of open tables but I completely understand that wait staff can only handle so many at once. Plus they had all the games on while we set and wait so no problem at all. Our waitress Jewel was very pleasant. Wings were great as were the cheese curds. The fried pickles were good but most were clumped together and didn't look great. And the appetizer portions are pretty small for what you pay. Atmosphere was awesome for the Eagles game. They also had every other game on for all the patrons. I'd go back for the wings again. We ordered a 20 piece wings 10 buffalo/10 lemon pepper and they got it wrong went back 2 times after and still got it wrong. After that we just decided never to go back because they still got it wrong. We went here tonight, and when we got seated and got our drinks, we orderd our food, and we waited over 30mins and there were practically nobody there. My husband got the Blazin' Hot wings and he had to take it home. They gave him the appetizer as his meal. The manager was great! My food, and my son's food were good. Just tried this place recently, and we loved it. Kids, too. Food is good, although I wish the wings had a little more meat on them. Queso did in apps is delicious. Service is good. Had a guy the first time we were there, and he had a table of friends who took up his attention. Went back, though, and a female waitress took great care of us, and my 2 year old son was flirting with her. Lol. We will be going back often. Family of 4 can eat for about $80. Great Buffalo Wild Wings location. Our waitress Candace was super nice and friendly and great customer service! We told her we were celebrating a friends engagement that happened tonight and she brought us a piece of cake. Such a sweet heart and food came quick. She gladly took us at midnight as well. The waitress was amicable and personable! The food wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but next time ill have the bobe in wings and not the boneless. This was my first time going, and I would go again! The restaurant was spotless; the bar was a lovely size with plenty of TVs...
