Been calling for over an hour. No one answers. So I Downloaded the app and ordered my food.. they took my payment..I went to pick up my order and no one cooked it they claim they shut the kitchen down almost and hour before closing. cashier acts like their upset customers are trying to place orders. Maybe change your business hours or hire people that actually want to work.. worse part about it they won’t give me my money back or refund me . They said I have to wait until tomorrow. Service: 1

Walking through the front door there is no one there to great you. Your left standing there until someone decides to come help you. Once seated we saw a lot of empty tables so we’re not sure why we had to wait 5-10 minutes before getting a table. We ordered a appetizer and two dinners. Wings came out first some time later the other dinner came out. Appetizer never came. Drinks are empty by this point. There was absolutely no update from the server on how the kitchen was doing and when anything was coming out after sitting at the table for so long. She didn’t even realize that we didn’t have our appetizer until I asked about it. Still no drink refill. (I know we could have said something but wanted to see if she would even offer or notice) Were done and frustrated just want to leave. I scan the barcode to pay my bill. There’s something on there that we didn’t order. Had to wait longer to get that fixed. Comes back with my card there is no thank you have a great night. Absolutely nothing. The All American Burger was really good but service was slow at lunch time? I guess I should mention that we requested to sit at a high top table and the bartender wasn't able to wait on the people at the bar and the surrounding tables. She just seemed overwhelmed. Food was good atmosphere was decent. Kind of a smaller location. But that all changed with our server Briana. She was AMAZING. Attentive and friendly. She chatted up my kids and made them laugh and they actually ate their dinner!! If more servers were like her, it wouldn't be such a song and dance to take my kids out. I ordered a salad and 6 wings. The salad they gave me consisted of a handful of shredded taco lettuce with one tomato quarter on top, no dressing of any kind (not even for the wings and carrots) and the wings were ICE cold. I mean refrigerator cold!!! My advice would be, if you order take out, check your order before you leave. Only good thing I can say is the lady at the register was nice.
