This was the worst in restaurant experience I've ever had. Our meal started off with us ordering, then the waitress comming back to tell us that they were out of 90% of the drinks we wanted, so we order our food she leaves and comes back and tells us there out of some of the food items we wanted. Absolutely disgusted by the experience I had here last night. Upon arrival I was greeted by a sweet older woman that was the hostess. She was about to seat my boyfriend and I when her manager Andy approached her being beyond disrespectful. He was upset that she hadn’t written down who the server was for a large table that was coming in. He continued to make a scene in front of us and onlooking customers by raising his voice to the point our jaws dropped and she was on the brink of tears. After embarrassing her infront of everyone he stormed away and she seated us. I apologized to her for the way he treated her and we hesitantly ordered our meal. The service from our server was great and after the meal I asked the waitress if she would send Andy over. Upon Andy coming over I told him that I could not bring myself to leave without acknowledging his behavior. I told him that was an ugly way to treat someone, especially in front of customers. I approached the conversation in a respectful manner with the thought that he would acknowledge his wrongs and apologize BUT boy was I wrong. He proceeded to tell me “she needed to hear it” and he was being “blunt”. He continued on after being rude to me after storming away about ten feet to raise his voice at me in front of the entire restaurant and tell me that it’s not him who needs to take a look in the mirror, it’s me. He continued to escalate the situation to the point that everyone around us was watching a situation that was never needed to rise to this extent. I was informed by other staff members that this is a ‘normal’ way he treats those around him. This behavior is disgusting. It is mind blowing that with this behavior he is an assistant manager considering this is a corporate restaurant. Service Dine in

My favorite french fries! Had the all American burger and it was flavorful, the perfect amount of condiments and a healthy portion of cheese. My waitress was friendly and attentive. We had an amazing server, and she was busting her tail to provide us with excellent service. She made the experience fantastic. She was clearly short staffed. We arrived, and had a party of 8 we're sat at a table clearly marked broken do not use. She came over and said idk why they sat you here and removed the table and brought over a new one like a champ. She was being yelled at by another servers table and just slammed. She is really a great asset to their establishment I hope to return and have her again! Came here with my girlfriend, it was her first time ever going to a Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was excellent, and our server Tara was absolutely incredible! To be honest, the spicy garlic wing sauce was a bit disappointing because the spiciness was overwhelming, so we couldn't taste the garlic. But overall a great dining experience!
