If I could give this place no stars I would. This place has the WORST customer service and speed. We’ve ordered multiple times on the app and we had to still wait over sometimes up to 45min extra for our order. The staff could care less the attitude is terrible!!! Stay away or go to another one if you want to save time! Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was a sight to be seen. People who ordered a week ago had to wait for their food during the Super Bowl. My food took forever as well as the servers laughed at the situation. This restaurant has always had poor management, but the fact that BUFFALO WILD WINGS where so behind they continued to sit People and TAKE MORE ONLINE ORDERS! Like who's TF is in charge? fire him or her immediately! I recommend the person reading this save the headache and money and go to a different restaurant. Just left after waiting an hour after my pickup time on an order that I ordered a day in advance after they told me it could be another 2 hours. Spent that hour sitting in a room with 50+ people in the same situation, including people who gave up after waiting 3 hours past their pickup times. Horribly managed restaurant. Stop accepting orders if you don’t have the capacity to fulfill them. Worst part was there were people who ordered 3 hours ago with pickup times after mine who got their food while I was waiting. Didn’t look like there was any effort to fulfill orders in the order of pickup time so staff could provide almost information on how long the expected wait would be be beyond that it could be another 2 hours (or the next order could be yours). Excellent place!! Ask for KAT. She is THE BEST server!!! She is friendly, customer service focused, patient, funny, and we only sit at one of her stations. She sees us when we walk in, and when she comes to the table, she already has soft drinks in her hands for us!!! On a scale of 1 to 10, she's a 20!!! Horrible ordering experience... Riddled with 2 hours of delays and incorrect food. The constant blaming on short staffing does not justify how poor this was handled. Order of onion rings was half an order Order of wings were wrong sauces Request for blue cheese got ranch instead Buffalo chicken salad had no sauce Missing order of fries And this was 2 hours after the food was supposed to be done. Totally a mess and management should be held responsible. They didn't care at all or even accommodate their screwups. This BWW needs a re-staffing. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I waited over an hour and a half for takeout and they got most of our order wrong :( The staff was very apologetic and I appreciated that but it doesn't take away the fact that I waited forever and my order was wrong. Maybe this is the result of my bad review yesterday. I came here today and was very dissatisfied with the service I received. Their food is always good, but here I felt discriminated against by the service staff. No cutlery, I ordered a beer but I wasn't given a cup. My menu was taken away without asking, tissues were not provided and when I asked the waiter for the bill she said to me: I'm not serving you. I will never come here again. Over all it was a great visit...Our waitress Kayla was so soooo super friendly and nice! So was the greeting staff. Always love to walk into a place and they are all smiling. It was semi-busy for a Friday night at 8:30. Our food was OK, nothing was over the top amazing but it all had a lot of good flavor. The drinks were very good too! Great option if you have kids! Weekdays are usually slow in the dining area which I prefer with little ones. The strawberry lemonade is soo good. There’s something on the menu for everyone. Our waitress Anna was fantastic but the food takes awhile to come out sometimes. Overall, great time here.
