I recently had the pleasure of dining at Buffalo Wins and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the burgers. I ordered the smoked brisket burger, and it was hands down the best burger I've ever had. The combination of smoky, tender brisket and the juicy, flavorful patty was a taste sensation like no other. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the presentation was impeccable. The menu offered a variety of burger options, each more tempting than the last. The combination of flavors and textures was truly exceptional.
In addition to the outstanding burgers, the restaurant offered a diverse selection of sides and drinks that complemented the meal perfectly. The strawberry margarita was a delightful surprise, with the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, making it a refreshing and delicious choice to accompany the meal.
The overall dining experience at Buffalo Wins was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings. If you're a burger enthusiast or just appreciate great food and drinks in general, Buffalo Wins is a must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience

We have tried the castle rock location multiple times with hopes service and food delivery would improve, but to no avail and at this point we will not be back. We were pleased yesterday that the empty tables were clean, as when we went on New Years, all empty tables were still full of trash and food. Our server yesterday was kind and attentive but had to keep apologizing about kitchen timing. We ordered drinks and our two kids meals as soon as we sat down, and ordered our meals as soon as our server brought us our drinks. 45 minutes later we still had no food. At 50 minutes we got ONE of the meals for our kids. Next kids meal and one adult meal came 10 min later. After an hour and 15 min, I still did not have my meal (a side of fries and some wings). Previous visits we could not even get the attention of our server - you get one shot to make your order and then that’s it. But this visit, I was cautiously optimistic because our server touched base multiple times. However, the food did not come out in a timely manner and it came so piecemeal that we could not enjoy our meal together.
In response to the companies reply: no I will not be doing more work to report this. Based on the Google reviews, this is not a one off issue but a chronic issue at this location. I'm surprised that based on the same issues being spoken about in review after review, that it hasn't been addressed yet. Do better.
Went here after it had been open for a couple months. We waited 3 hours for food. The waitress didn't bring us the right food and it was cold. Instead of waiting longer we took what they had brought and the waitress was going to credit our ticket. When it came time to leave she hadn't credited our ticket.
Fast forward four months later. I ordered online for pickup more than three hours before pick up. Arrived at the restaurant about 5 min late just to be told they're a hour and a half behind.
Avoid at all costs if you want good food and not die of old age waiting.

Food was decent, but not worth the cost. Been here twice, probably won't be back. Food comes out at completely different times for the people at our table, happened on both occasions. We noticed other tables had this as well. Small portion of fries and they were cold. Wings were over cooked and not much sauce on them. Our waiter was a really nice guy though. Ultimately, there are better options in Castle Rock.

My family went in last night and our waitress made it incredibly clear that she did not want to serve us. We walked in and came to get our drinks and rolled her eyes when we ordered. It took a long time for her to fill our drinks and came back to get our food orders but then just walked away when she saw one person was in the bathroom without saying a word. She came back almost 20 minutes later after we had to walk up to the bar to get refills on our waters because she didn’t come back. She took our food orders and forgot to put in food for 2 of the people in our group and when we asked about it she rolled her eyes again and went to the kitchen. She walked past us multiple times without giving an update or even looking in our direction. We were lucky one of the other servers came over to check on us so that we could get an update on the food and refills. We were trying to be polite and kind to her but she made us feel that we were not important and that she would rather do anything else than her job. We will not be back but huge thank you to the bar tender and the other server who checked on us when our server refused to.

My first time trying it here in CR. Parking lot was just about empty. I walk in and nobody at the front to greet, I grab menu and a table and wait about 10 min, someone comes by to take my to go order and I give it. About 7 min later a girl is talking on her phone and asks me if I have a to go order. I said yes and take the bag. I was so very close to just leaving the food on the table and just walking out) the server comes by and takes my card to pay. I honestly thought about just throwing it away and going to bed hungry. I get home and eat and wish I would have followed my gut. I don't see this place sticking around that long. Service is lacking so hard and the food is just not good at all. Sometimes I wish I was management as I'd be like Gordon Ramsey. The chicken was just dreadful in all honesty. I wish they had negative stars on here. I won't be going back...

Worst service I have received at a restaurant. Arrived, the place is empty and the waitress took a while to ask what we would like to drink. Order food, first plate comes out, another 20 minutes later another plate comes out, the 3rd plate comes out another twenty minutes later. Asked the waitress what was going on, she states it's their hot and ready policy. They serve food as it is ready. Lost my appetite, didn't even eat my food. Had them toss it away. Next time I'll just go to a fast food restaurant to grab a burger.

I’ve been to this location several times. It was good in the beginning but they have run this place into the ground when it comes to service. Of all the times I’m been to this location I’ve never seen anyone who appears to be the manager, and it shows. Today I waited for like 10-15 minutes to even just be acknowledged by a server and it never happened. I could see them discussing who my table belonged to but it never resulted in anyone coming over. I finally just got up and walked out. It’s too bad because this was a regular lunch stop for me but I can’t recommend it anymore and don’t plan on returning.

We've been here 3x and it's gotten better each time. Key findings:
- great place for families. They bring food out when it's hot, so kids meals are usually out first.
- decent prices on beer, not a great craft selection.
- great environment to watch a game, but it can get loud.
- service has gotten better each time. service was the highlight of our last visit.
B Dubs wings are solid, but not topping any food list anytime soon. Come here if you're tired parents wanting a beer and visual distractions, and have picky kid eaters.
Our kiddos love the boneless wings and oranges. Happy to have this place in Castle Rock.

Had a fantastic time here! Love this new location! Food was great as always. I tried a burger for the first time and it was really good! I had the Brisket burger and the All American. Both are great choices with some mouth watering flavor! There’s a lot of parking for the area but can get crowded due to the proximity of a lot of other restaurants using the same parking lot. The outside patio is a great choice for seating. I would say the only negative thing about this location was the low staffing as is common nowadays. But the staff that were there provided the best service they could!
