Didn't even get to eat before I walked out. Was at 48 mins of a wait before I walked out. Ordered 6 wings and some onion rings. Manager was rude and explained online orders are focused on when they come in. Other tables were served in 20 mins and they came in after me by 20 minutes. Manager communication was what had me walk.

The order was correct and ready when promised. It was take-out.
The traditional wings were really dry, however, and resembled a cross between hard plastic and shoe leather. My guests did not mention any issues with their boneless wings, fortunately. Maybe they were just being polite?

Always sit at the bar and have a great experience, but bartender Kayla was brilliant! She was busy making drinks for the entire restaurant (Super Bowl Sunday!!), but never missed a beat serving the guests at her bar!!! She also took the time to spoon float perfect Black Velvets for me (pics to prove it). Also pours a proper Guinness!!

We had an amazing experience for my sister's retirement party in the side room. There were about 50 of us and Chloe was amazing! She managed all of our orders, kept track of individual bills and maintained her positive attitude all night. We will be back for sure 🥰

We visited on Thursday 12/21 and waited an hour to get our food. Never saw a manager and server was overwhelmed. You would’ve thought we ordered something complicated, but we didn’t - we just ordered boneless wings with fries. I can understand being busy (and even possibly short staffed), but the lack of service on top of it is ridiculous.
The icing on the cake is we received two cards for a free appetizer as an “apology”; We tried to redeem one tonight and told “sorry, that was one day only”. What an anwful experience - we were crapped on the first time and then screwed back over a second time tonight. We will likely stop coming here to this franchise after being very loyal and usually coming in at least once a week.
Funny thing is, management probably wont care enough to try to reach out because that’s what I’ve learned to be their MO.
