Very bad experience.Went with granddaughters soccer team after returning from school match. Our service was by one server. He did great considering were we a party of 30. The problem was some staff were off clock and drunk in booth near were the team wasit took 45 sitting. They were falling down drunk, loud, and used cause words and even harassed the 15,16 and 17 year old members of the team. At one point a working who was still on the clock sat down with them for 20 mins. After that a member of the bar staff came over and climbed under one of the booth tables making very loud noises to try and spook the drunk table. Manager was trying to help on kitchen and had no clue what the staff was doing. By the way 45 min. To get a drink. It didn't come until after the bar staff was messing with the drunks. We got there at 10:45 pm and left around 12:49am after finial food was delivered. Our server was great, no help from any other staff. (1 setting at drunk table, the other server only had 2 tables with a total of 3 people! Manager was like well I dont know what they were doing but I guess I will talk to GM about the staff. Phoned in an order, we were visiting for my brother's retirement from the PD and was quoted one price that they did NOT HONOR!!! The cashier admitted she gave me the in correct price and the manager did not honor it. I will recommend to my family not to patronize this place along with the many other family members that came into town with us also. bad BUSINESS!! NO CUSTOKWR SERVICE!!!

Been here over 20 minutes and no drink, no order taken, the literal worst service I have ever seen and experienced! The only redeeming part is that everyone is getting the same terrible service! With all this time to wait around, I notice that no one is happy. Every customer seems frustrated. I really wonder why…NOT! And it doesn’t seem to be a lack of staff either. We went before 5 on a Friday. There was lots of seating available in the dining area where there are over 30 television's, on many sports channels. My husband loved the sweet tea.
