We didn't get greeted when we walked in, the lady hollered across the bar and pointed to a seat for me to sit at which was a booth table that was dirty, when she came over to my table I told her it was dirty she seated me somewhere else, then the waiter came over asking to take our order, we never got a menu in the first place to order anything. Also alot of drinks wasn't available when we requested it. The waiter wasn't friendly other people that came in was also seated at dirty tables and business was extremely slow when we arrived, so tables should of already been cleaned. Never got a chance to eat. Service was horrible. We had to ask several times if someone was going to take our order. The young man was rude, saying she'll get to you. The whole time, the staff stood around laughing and talking to each other. I know times are hard, but please hire people who want to work and not socialize. Just walked out of this restaurant after sitting down waiting 30 minutes for an order wedges queso and a salad; that never came out! There was hardly anyone in the place and we couldn't even get appetizers in 30mins. I spoke to the manager Derrick before I left Just to inform him of my dissatisfaction with this establishment. I go here for happy hour wings and margaritas! The bartender China was awesome, very friendly, attentive, and just a beautiful spirit inside and out! The only thing I would recommend is that the owner look into hiring a DJ on Friday/Saturday it will really fill the place up. It's pretty empty during happy hour, which is a little different from other restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to dine. Oh, before I forget, Devon is another bartender who has a great vibe, and he and China make awesome drinks!!!! I'll be back for sure. I used to love this BWW but I came here with my husband and was served by Jakarlynn and she came to our table twice and when I told her the rest of our food had not come out she literally sent the manager over to our table and would not come back. I paid in cash and was waiting for my change and no one came back with my change at all. We sat there until we literally had to call someone over because our server wouldn’t come back.
