Waited at the door 15 minutes. Place was not busy at all. Overstaffed , employees continued to walk right past us. Food was served cold. Ordered 12 wings , buffallo chicken tots. And a kids meal. Not good at all We then had to wait nearly 30 minutes after eating to get a check. Which we never got finally went up to the register. The place was dead. No reason or excuse for the bad food or service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They disconnect the phone most of the times. I hardly get the correct order and always have to wait there for 15 Mins even after placing an order 45 Mins before. I would just not rate the food if I could since I haven't gotten it yet. Had to go to the bar to get drinks from the courteous bartender after it took our "server" 45 minutes to even put them in. The host, other servers, and managers all seem fine. It is our server that is awful by every conceivable measure of service. Y'all need a higher standard for releasing people as servers. Our server seemed highly untrained, disinterested, and started avoiding us after she realized we were still waiting. Worst experience I've ever had at a bdubbs. Pitiful.
