Our table was ready at 7:03pm. We sat down and ordered an appetizer 2 sodas and two adult drinks right away. At 7:30pm we finally got our drinks.... at 7:58 p.m., we were done with our drink, and still no sign of our mozzarella sticks as our appetizers. I went to the host stand, and they were confused as much as I was on our food. Only to be told that "their system went down as my server put our order in"!!! In other words, my server forgot to put in our order and didn't care to ask the whole hour I was there sitting down with my family to see if everything was alright.... I ended up paying for my drinks only and walking out!!!! Horrible service 😑 I'm glad I got everything else I ordered VOIDED!! STILL HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! PLUS MY SERVER TOOK OUR ORDER ON A NAPKIN SO MAYBE SHE THREW IT OUT??? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Foods good. Great wings and if you dare to try the Nashville hot wings you’ll get a surprise for sure. It’s a nice place to come for a beer or to watch the game or both. It is busy during peak times. Best Time to come is probably the weekend. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

So it takes our waitress 15 minutes to come by.. she takes our drink order and food order together… she disappears again and we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks. no waters or anything until she comes with our drinks, and our waitress reeks of weed. Drops off our alcoholic drinks, never checks in on us again until our food arrives 40 minutes later. She drops off the bill and never comes by again. We had to ask another waitress for boxes and other items constantly. Definitely the worst experience at a buffalo wild wings. Never coming back to this location ever again.
