I am so sick of coming to this Buffalo wild wings and getting wings with barely any sauce on it! I called an employee named Maddie told me she would have her manager Katie give me a call. I never received a call or anything! I am not about to order a call in for some wings and then have to turn around and drive all the way back up there because they didn't put enough sauce on it I am highly disappointed just put the damn sauce on the damn wings!! Walked in Wednesday night and had to seat ourselves, not a huge deal. Looking around the restaurant there was one waitress and one bartender for the entire restaurant. We sat down for 10 minutes without any service before we left. Whoever is running this business needs to stop being cheap and schedule enough people to cover a dinner shift. Came for lunch. Our wings came out very very fast. Server was very helpful. Only negative is the $1.50 per ranch in a super small cup. Spent as much on ranch and blue cheese as we did wings. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night. It was about 4:45pm or closer to 5:00pm. I thought it may be closed until I got up to the door and saw a few people at the bar. I went in and set at a table. The waiter came over so I could place my order. I told him what I would like and I was very specific . I noticed that all the tables were empty and I wanted him to know that I needed to have hot chicken that was recently prepared and was not precooked before hand . The waiter was very kind and said I got you. Happy that I was understood I ordered a beer while I waited. The waiter returned with my order and the bill after maybe 20 to 25 mins. It felt longer,because I was hungry. My order was packaged very nicely. I decided to make sure my order was correct after waiting and also there were no other customers. I opened my order to find it was not what I ordered and the chicken had a leathery look and was tough. It was also cold. I was surprised because I know I was there long enough for wings to be cooked. I called the waiter over and showed him my food and told him I wanted my money back or what I ordered. He took the food back. He returned to table and said that my order is being cooked and that it was going to be 8-10 minutes. To which I was fine with. When I finally got my order and left with my food. I returned home and I was only there for 30 minutes when my daughter told me that her order was old and cold. Because I didn’t want to make a trip back to BWW. I called and asked to speak with the Manager Greg. I explained that my order was incorrect and the food was really bad. He apologized about the order and said he had overheard what happened when I was there . He said he would send me a twenty dollar gift card. Even thought I tipped the server I was disappointed that he never checked my order before he brought it to me and also if the manager would have came over to my table to let me know that he was aware it would have been nice. I know this won’t be the last time this happens. I will always check my order before leaving. I hope BBW knows their product brought me there. I will go again. We often use this BWW location, but in the last year, experience is increasingly going down. Food is not good anymore. Wings are preheated. Servers are less and less professional. Orders are always either brought back wrong or missing things that you ordered . Last night, we tried again this location again, hoping that things changed (big mistake). The food was far from being good, and the server was the less professional, so far. Not only that, she brought half of the food we ordered (we were 4 people), but even part of the food she served was not what was ordered. Every time when we pointed to her that she forgot to bring what we ordered (3 times exactly), her response was " no problem" !!! No problem, instead of I am sorry ??? When we finished and asked for the bill, she disappeared for 20 min and did not return until another employee went in the back to find her. We are defi nitely not going back this time ! First and foremost, i understand that at the time we went, it was busy, but the waiter was one of the worst i ever had. First, we asked for waters ,napkins it took an hour, and another waiter to get this done. When our waiter came , he did not ask how things were and was really unfriendy. I watched all around our table waiters , waitress even as busy as it was taking care of their tables. When i asked to speak to a manager, the waitress i ask acted insulted and told me no in a not so friendly manner. I dont feel like me or anyone at our party shouldnt have ever gotten up to chase someone down to get anything done. On top of all this, once we got our food, he told me mine wasnt ready. I placed an online pickup order at 4:00 pm. Which is supposed be ready by 4:30 PM. I been waiting at desk to get my wings for last 40 minutes. Isn't it awkward every time i ask for the order they said it's on the way Very poor service, not at all happy Service: 1

Honestly, it was a bad experience. We wanted a quick and reliable dinner so we chose bww. It took 15 min to get a menu after seating ourselves, another 15 before we placed our order, another 15 before we got our food and beer. One set of wings was wrong and needed to be corrected. I had to ask after another 15 minutes to get the correct ones and our bill so we could leave. The food was mediocre at best. I had to wave down another server to get silverware and napkins. The server spent the majority of the time looking at her kiosk instead of paying attention to the customers. Took away two stars because the sign said wait to be seated, but the hostess literally pointed and told us to find a seat! Waitress was cool and the food was good. I understand people are stressed due to lack of employees, but I'd like companies to figure something out. No matter what location I go to, the wings taste undercooked with heavy sauce. Why not bake them longer to get crispy skin? The old days of B'dubs are gone 😪 The fries and his sandwich were good. My spicy garlic wings were okay, just wished they were cooked longer. The digital menu didn't work so we had to go online manually. Bring back regular menus please!
