I have been a Buffalo Wild Wings fan for many years and this most recent visit was not worth my time and money. My take out order was 22 minutes later than when the app told me to arrive. Because of that my food was all cold. I ordered cheese curds as a side which has, at other locations been a fair value based off the portion, taste and price. I got 19 cheese curds in my order. That’s a little more than 34¢ per cheese curd. That an outright scam. Several of my honey sriracha wings barely had any sauce. Plenty of the staff was very lackadaisical and on their phones. It was several minutes before I was even approached regarding my order. Then on top of that when I asked an employee if I could get a side of dessert heat dry rub I was forgotten about and had to ask again 2 times over. When I tried to bring up these concerns in store they were not receptive and did little to help stating it was a “busy night” All in all, this was a very poor performance from this Buffalo Wild Wings. Edit: I was called by the Manager and things were taken care professionally. I appreciate them making sure I was taken care of after this. absolute WORST experience I've ever had. The waitress we had was snobby with us right from the start, refused to let me change my order, (I wanted a 15 piece instead of a 10). wouldn't even let me order another 5 wings. Even stole money from us when we paid. refused to give us our change. accused us of ordering the wrong drink, and then admitted that she put it in wrong. do not go here unless you are going to sit in the bar area. only place I've had good service. We went on a Tuesday about 2 pm. Only two waitresses.. Food took over 30 minutes to be delivered and I was told it was because our order had gone to a different table and she had it remade. I don't believe that. There were two tables that the servers were piling used dishes on. One in the bar area and one in the dining area. Definitely Not something fun to look at while eating. I watched 2 tables of two people get up and walk out of the bar area because they were sat by the host and then ignored for over 20 minutes and eventually never acknowledged. When the wings eventually came out they were good with great coverage of seasonings and sauces. Celery and carrots were awful. Would love to give 5 stars but when I walk in and told there is a 45 minute wait and half the tables are empty, that’s kind of unacceptable. I understand that they may not have the proper amount of wait staff at the time of my visit but this isn’t the first time. This location seems to be getting worse as time goes. Haven't been here in a while. I had a firestone walker cali squeezin blood orange beer while waiting for my cheese curds to be brought out. That's a new favorite beer on my list. Then i got my piping hot cheese curds with a side of South western ranch. Then i had 10 traditional wings half Parmigian garlic and half jammin jalapeno. Amazing tatse and the wings were huge. It’s been a while since I have been here and was not disappointed. We had great service and great food. Danielle helped us and she was fantastic. Took time to get our order and drinks and continued to check in with us. Also recommended dry rub on our tots which was a game changer. Will definitely be back and will ask to be in Danielle’s section. Thanks for the great experience! Food: 4 Service: 5

WORST SERVER EVER The food was delicious!!! and it was a very relaxed day in the restaurant. 😊 There were few people. However, our server only took our order and never talked to us again. Didn't ask if we needed anything else. Threw stuff on the table and walked away without explaining what was going on with our food, didn't offer us to go boxes, didnt explain how to pay for our bill, not even an offer of ketchup with our fries. Server 101. Danielle did the worst job servicing us I have seen in any restaurant. Very disappointed. Not too bad of a place... absolutely loved it at first. Now, not so much. Still like it enough to go back.. but definitely wouldn't spend as much money as I did this last few times. I wanted to wait to do a review until I had been there a few times. This last time was different. especially with portions on food! I can't believe how small the portions were this time. Besides that the food was still pretty good. Our waitress was pretty cool very nice. The last couple waitresses we had during visits have always been great. always made sure we had our drinks filled really nice and was patient with our kids taking time to order. Overall I definitely like the food a lot better than a lot of other places in area and I would recommend people to try it out.
