They are always super quick and the food is always fresh. The rubs for the fries are the best. Update: Jaden was our server for the first night in 2024 and exceeded expectations. Give that man a raise. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

10 empty tables and a lobby full of people waiting to be seated. You're also required to order through the app from a qr code menu, and enter your card in to the app, and pay with the app. At this point it should just be a drive though without table service. The food runner was nice and friendly, but clearly overloaded. Just get take out, it's no longer a restraunt. The food was corporate as expected and was good. Horrible. There was one person sitting at the bar. The lady at the front said she couldn’t seat me because they were low on staff. Waited 45 min to be seated in a vacant area. You would think they would at least let me sit down until they could serve me. Terrible service and staff. Stay away from this one, you’re better off going to a different Bdubs. I go to this location 2-3 times a month and I have never been so disappointed. Doordash will not do anything sufficient. I ordered and it took more than an hour and a half. Order was ice cold, the dasher said it was buffalo taking so long. When the order arrived it was all incorrect. I ordered 20 wings split buffalo, parm garlic, and bqq, I got only BBQ and parm garlic and not even 20 wings. I ordered 2 cups of extra buffalo sauce and got none. Asked for celery and carrots and got only celery. The fries were correct, but cold and tasted like they were cooked an hour prior. It was all soooo so bad. We came to dine in on Saturday Night so we knew it was going to be a wait. We walked in and the place was empty but we still had over a 45 minute wait. By the time we were seated to our dismay the restaurant was out of a LOT of dishes and drinks. I swear everything was out. No salads, no wraps, no buffalo tots etc... it was so frustrating because we had waited so long and it was a terrible experience. Our server Anthony was great. He worked with what he had. If I were him, I would have walked out and quit. It is apparent that this Buffalo Wild Wings location is poorly managed. I will never go to this location again. After eating there last night I haven't been able to keep anything down. Same with my family. It's no coincidence what made us sick. Great place to satiate that wing craving, with so many flavors. A little too loud and stimulating with all the screens for babies and toddlers. Love the Asian Zing, Parmesan Garlic, Thai Curry, Desert Heat (dry rub), and Mango Habanero (spicy!!). Knotted pretzels are decent too. You can get extra sauce on the chickens for no additional cost if you ask for "extra wet". p.s. Bucho and Arcy are the best!! I had to finally write about this place. I’ve been here four times, and never because of my choosing. I’ve never thought their food was worth my time. this last time was an especially poor experience. We went there with 11 people. The restaurant was not quite half full. It took a long time for the server to get to us. Very understaffed. After we ordered, the first dish came out about 15 minutes later. it was one order of cold fries. Three minutes later another order of cold fries. It continued until I got my meal very last almost 1 hour after we ordered. Each person received their order one after another, taking approximately five minutes between each. Apologies were given for the extreme busy restaurant. I remarked, is it from inside the restaurant? Because there is nobody here. So that was bogus. That said, I’ve never been impressed by their sauces or delivery of chicken wings. I don’t know how they stay in business. Whoa that’s a lot of food! Bacon hatch, pepper, burger with fries and dry rub cauliflower with blue cheese dressing and three kinds of delicious dips and that was two meals. I got there! Great service and pretty fast and getting your food out when you’re hungrier than you can handle! Then top it off with a shot of screwball peanut butter, whiskey and it’s practically an event! After work late at night, some of my friends and myself went here and we had a blast. Talked about work and getting to know each other more. Our waitress was amazing and she served us.
