Food was fine but the staff will literally forget you are there. We saw our beers sitting at the bar for about 25 minutes before someone brought them to our table. Then we ordered something to go towards the end and they forgot about that too. We had to take things from other tables and put empty plates and cups at other tables because no one was paying any attention to us. If you go to this location you’ll likely be ignored depending on where you sit. We sat in the area near the bar. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time, hoping for a good experience. We chose Tuesday for half-price wings, and at 8 pm, the place was only half full, so we expected our wings to arrive quickly. However, we ended up waiting around 20 minutes after being seated. Food is delicious here, everything you get is delicious from their wings to their burgers. The bar is great as well with a variety of drinks from spirits to beers. The Atmosphere is a bit intense it being a sports bar and restaurant. The service, needs some work some of their servers need a little more trainning because a couple of times that I've been here some servers will ignore you, and your main server rarely checks on up on you just in case you may beed extra napkins, I found it very annoying so much so that I had to run to the bathroom to get my family and I napkins. Apart from the service the food and bar is great and the place is moderately taken care of. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This review is actually for the "Wild Burger" portion of BWW, in DailyCity, Ca, at the Serramonte Center. We ordered food for the family from an online menu that posts some pretty decent pictures. We ordered the Smoke Brisket Burger and fries with various toppings. We picked it up, so there was really no wait time. Let me say when the food got home, it took everything in me not to go back. The food is TRASH, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE. The servings were small, the burgers were burnt, and hard, however it was lathered with sauce, so we didn't taste the charred burgers until we bit into them. The potato wedges were so dry, and had so much season salt on them, my mouth was hot the moment I ate one. I don't know who made the food, but they need their...well you know what kicked, and I mean kicked good. It's fine, cause they will never have to worry about us again.
