I had the most amazing customer service at Wadsworth Buehlers. The grocery manager (I think his name is Mike?) went totally out of his way for me. I am cooking for our Church, and I need four giant 101 oz cans of green beans. I called in yesterday. Mike explained that while the Wadsworth store doesn’t normally carry this massive size, the Orrville store does. Mike went out of his way to pick the beans up from the Orrville store and bring them to the Wadsworth store today so they would be there for my convenience when I shopped. This is customer service like none other! I am so impressed and grateful for his help. Thanks so much!
The bakery is AMAZING! I placed a half sheet cake order at basically the last minute. The bakery made the most adorable and delicious cake ever. I will always get my cakes from this bakery now. Thank you!!!
I am very pleased with the bakery. I had called to order 3 maple cream sticks, 1 apple fritter. The special order was to not only fill the sticks but to place a line of cream across the top of each one. The clerk that helped me was polite, kind,and patient as I explained that for the past 65 years on Valentine’s Day my parents went out and had coffee and donuts,but this year things have changed dad has Alzheimer’s, A fib and is in 3rd stage renal failure. Mom is legally blind,also in 3rd stage renal failure, she is also not able to walk because of Rheumatoid arthritis. I appreciate the bakery team for helping me make this happen for them on Valentine’s Day. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!
Friendly people .I just wish that their drive uptook my groceries on the driver's side like the River Stix store,which is my favorite Buehlers to shop.
Amazing store and service. They will even load your bags for you , all you do is pull up. Everyone working had a smile on their face. I wish I lived closer to this store, as I would make it one of my first stops. Side note. Best grocery store sushi and fried chicken ever!
Very interesting store. Mostly a grocery store but offers other things like trinkets, stationary, lottery, gift cards, and toys, etc. Has an in-store restaurant which is unique. Fresh deli, fresh bakery. Very interesting layout for a grocery store.
I love the baking selections at this location! The manager goes out of his way to offer a huge selection of extracts, spices, and supplies necessary for serious bakers. I drive in from Barberton just for baking supplies!
Do browse the produce while you're there. You won't be sorry! This is my favorite Buehler's location!
I grew up going to Buehler's. It's a good employee owned company. I know a lot of people think they are expensive, but there are other grocery chains that are more expensive (Giant Eagle for one). The employees are friendly and helpful and I can usually find what I'm looking for, especially if I go to one of the bigger stores.
Nice place to get grocery or have a meal at the restaurant or coffee at the cafe. They carry Gutenberg’s free items and dairy free beverages such as coconut and Almond milk. Price is high though unless they are on sale. I like buying their cod fish when on sale. They are not farm raised but the the Atlantic. Also, they have a neat gift shop for your convenience.
