Very nice and friendly employees. Buckalew’s is very generous with portion sizes. Pork is excellent, Brunswick stew is very good as is the Mac and cheese. I’ve never left the place hungry. Don’t really care for the background music. We will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone. It’s one of the few places around open on Monday.
