I came here after a hike with friends and we really wanted to see what this place was about! The inside of the restaurant definitely didn't disappoint, and the drinks and food were pretty good too! I ordered fish and chips and I will say that the fish could've been more seasoned, but the fries were perfect! Come for the food & stay for the awesome interior, or vice versa! Either way, it was a unique spot that I'd be willing to try again!
Bube's checks all the boxes: Great food, amazing brews and a treasure trove of history and industrial atmosphere from a hundred years ago. My burger was juicy and the onion rings were crispy, crunchy and not greasy. I'll definitely be back.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Bube’s! Make sure to make a reservation at their dining in the catacombs, because this experience is truly one of a kind. The experience starts off with a little tour of the catacombs and parts of what the building started off as - a hotel. You end with being seated in a very aesthetic area of the catacombs. Our waiters were very nice, and even compensated part of the meal as the some of the food took very long to come out. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure to check on us! The food was really good - the salmon and chicken entrees were delicious. The bruschetta appetizer was also tasty. While waiting for our table, the bar is available for you to order drinks: their holiday drinks are tasty, especially the gingerbread spiced ones! We dined in The Catacombs restaurant, but arrived early for our reservation so had cocktails at the bar on the main level. Good service with friendly attitude at the bar. The Catacombs were exquisite- the food was delectable, and priced fairly for the excellent quality. Atmosphere was charming and calming; the service was exceptional. Jude was not only our drinks fellow but had a roaring conversation with my other half all about English soccer teams. (We were the last couple seated and it was nice to have so much one-on-on attention.) Kendra was our main food server and she was wonderful too. Lobster bisque, which was seasoned perfectly, and heated to a perfect temperature, with enormous lump lobster in it and Stuffed Mushrooms were scrumptious! He ordered the Pork Alois, a meal for for a king and equally as tasty, and I had the salmon- excellently seasoned and served. We both had cocktails, ginger beer, and coffee; all was stupendous. Highly recommend for an intimate evening our and a unique, delicious dining experience. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went here for New Year's Eve. Had reservations for 7:45pm. We were taken to the catacombs right at 7:45. We were given a tour on the way down which was nice since this was our first time. The atmosphere of the catacombs is unmatched in the area. The food was very good. We had the filet and the salmon. Both were cooked perfectly. The waiter was well trained and attentive. The catacombs are not for someone that has a hard time walking as the steps are uneven. We will be back with friends. Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is truly beautiful. Our food was absolutely delicious. Our server Kendra was great. We really liked the low lighting and piano music in the background. We also enjoyed learning about the brewery. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came here with a group for a tour and a beer tasting. This historic place is very interesting and worth a visit, if not for dinner than for one of their murder mystery events. The staff is very courteous and addressed all of our questions. Atmosphere: 5

We came last night and omg this place is BEAUTIFUL! the architecture and history is lovely and the bar has some tasty and cheap drinks! The bartenders were super nice and it was a great atmosphere! I unfortunately can’t say the say for downstairs. Though it is BEAUTIFUL, the food was actually the worst food I’ve had in a long long time and everyone I was with agreed. The salads and scalloped potatoes were okay, but the salmon and chicken almost made me choke they were so dry, and almost everything that came to the table needed salt and pepper. Something was also a bit off with our waiter and the service is extremely slow. While we didn’t have THAT much of a problem with it because we wanted to take our time, that may deter some people. I actually think the cocktails may have been the worst part- barely drinkable. While they are strong and you get what you pay for alcohol wise, they are not enjoyable. All this to say, the price on the menu you pay is for the atmosphere. Though it was so beautiful, we will probably just be back for the tour next time. Try the parm tots upstairs- you won’t be disappointed! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
Did a Murder Mystery Dinner for my husband's and best friends birthday. It was so much fun. When we first walked in we were greeted by a gentleman who stayed in character from the time we arrived till the end of the dinner. Drinks were made by the pleasant bartender Dave. All drinks were very good. I believe there were 65 people that attended the dinner. The food came out a little later than I expected. First course was a salad. It could have had more dressing. Next we received some broccoli soup. The portion was quite small. Next we received our main entree. I got chicken with a corn and mashed potatoes. My husband got the same sides but he got the steak. The chicken was very good, the corn was a tad bit spicy and the mashed potatoes were very good. My husband's steak was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. Last was dessert. A chocolate brownie/cake with chocolate icing and some whipped cream. It was very good. I would say that rolls with butter would have been a nice "hold me over" since the food came out later than expected. My husband was chosen to play a role, which I believe they chose one person to participate from each room. He did a great job and definitely tried his best to get in to character. Overall the dinner was very fun and exciting. I would definitely do it again. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Staying at the hotel in the newly renovated jungle room. What a fantastic place! An historic brewery from the 1800's. Brandon our server was awesome and Richard helped us immensely upon arrival. Kelly who handled our reservation at the hotel was beyond amazing as far as customer service. The food was wonderful. Looking forward to returning in the future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
