I got a mango yogurt with boba. Great mango flavor, not too sweet and tasted natural. Reasonable price at 7 bucks after taxes. The yogurt was home made and tasted great. Cute paintings on the wall and nice decorations. Service was quick and friendly. Overall will be coming back .

Best boba shop in town! The owners super nice and kind. We loved everything in this shop. Family friendly atmosphere, well decorated, beautiful painting by a real artist. Even the cups are well thought of. An extensive menu of teas, smoothies, slushies, and Vietnamese coffee for coffee lovers. My daughter had the passionfruit green tea with popping boba. I got the milk mango tea and mango yogurt. Delicious! homemade yogurt! 😋 The owner makes her own recipes. The drinks are not too sweet like other places. Just perfect!

I love a good local/family owned business, especially when it’s boba done right. I wish this place was open when I was growing up. They cook the boba to my preference so that’s always a plus (soft and chewy). I had the milk jasmine green tea and my sister got the same with winter melon. The family was so nice and gave different options when we talked about our flavor pallet.

A week ago
We just stopped by Bubbly Tea today for the first time! I ordered a Strawberry Matcha Latte (pictured, after it was shaken very well) and my partner ordered the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. We didn’t get any toppings this time and were not disappointed because the flavors were AMAZING! They were friendly and helpful when taking our order as well.
Highly recommend this place already and we will be back soon! Thank you!

An amazing little milk tea and coffee shop! A cute environment with delicious drinks. We ordered the Taro and Winter Melon milk teas, both were excellent! The staff are so friendly and sweet. So happy to have a tea shop in the Mission Viejo neighborhood.

A super cute place with a great menu! It has a nice variety but also not so many options that it becomes overwhelming!! The atmosphere was fun, you can tell the owners take pride in their business! I will definitely be returning many times!

Bubbly tea’s got the friendliest owners. Clean and cozy environment. I always get milk tea boba . This time I asked for something new and they recommended Yogurt Peach drink. It was SO GOOD! Yogurt is home made. Each sip made my mouth even more watery. A MUST TRY YOGURT drink for sure 100%. Bubbly tea is a 10/10!

This spot is so cute! I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was one of the best I’ve had. It was just enough sweet without being overpowering, yet still keeping a heat flavor. The service was quick and personable, the girl helping us gave us great recommendations and told us about their different flavors which I’m so excited to go back and try. I love that this spot is so close to my house and nextdoor to my favorite sushi spot. 10/10! 🩷

This is our favorite boba tea place ever!
Everything is so delicious!
They use fresh taro (not the powder).
It is so much better!
The atmosphere and decoration are great!

I had a fantastic experience at this place. As a milk tea and boba smoothie enthusiast for quite some time, I was impressed. The staff here is incredibly friendly and hospitable. I'm looking forward to returning to sample their Vietnamese coffee.
