I usually come here and have no problem. Seems like when i go for lunch appose to dinner the entire culture of the store changes when the manager isnt there. We had dined in for dinner tonight and everything was cold as if it came out of the refrigerator and was put together so poorly it looked gross… Might just have to continue to go earlier in the day because the closing staff is horrible. Having something else i noticed while ordering, to when i sat down to eat. Being bilingual its easy to over hear certain conversations and its disappointing to have such rude teens working there belittling other staff members who cannot understand what they’re saying. I dont know who it was at the cashier tonight 2/24/23 but i let her know she was being rude and unccalled for. I hope that management is making sure that its an enjoyable and safe workplace for EVERYONE.
I hope the staff can become more professional and productive instead of standing around the counter neglecting their customers because drama is more important.

I was pissed at first for spending over $18 on a double meat quesadilla and a bottle of water, but once I saw the weight,size and tasted the great flavor I was happy. Well worth it.

I have ordered the same burrito bowl every single time. First time EXCELLENT (food hot, flavor and presentation) Second time GOOD (food hot and good flavor but presentation a bit sloppy). Now I order the same thing for dinner every 2 weeks. It is a big helping and get 3 meals out of it. Ordered the same last night and VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. Reasons: food not hot, no sauce (I always use reorder option from my app), it was more brown rice and just a sprinkling of the beans, veggie patty, onions, etc. It tasted dry and day old rice. This had nothing to do with the delivery guy at all. The preparation of the food was like you went through an army mess hall. SLOPPY. The more popular they became the worse they got.
