I held a small baby shower for a friend here. Bubba’s was absolutely amazing from the marketing coordinator that worked with our needs to the waitress that was attentive to our party of ten! Everything was excellent and I really appreciate the team for their great customer service and the chefs for their delicious food! Thank you so much! I am so impressed on how they have turned this restaurant around! Since 2016 we visited on and off and we were never too happy with the service, so we would write it off for a while. Only been once since Covid ended. BUT… Yesterday was so great! The staff were all working hard and very friendly. Food was fresh and didn’t take too long and everything was correct. Thank you Sarah for your wonderful service. We had a huge party celebrating a family birthday and you were always aware of what we needed. You even cut our cookie cake for us because we asked you to. Food was awesome. There was plenty of variety for all of us. Definitely going back and sitting in Sarah's section! The service was excellent our bartender Kati was excellent. The manager on duty Marie was so sweet and took the time to describe many of the plates. I've been to a few of these Bubba's. Each time is the same, they have amazing service to the point of almost being annoying lol. The waiters are always attentive and in my experience the manager also comes out to check and make sure you are good. Took my friends pops to this one for his first time and they gave him a free appetizer coupon for next time. I had the shrooms burger and was pleased. It was juicy and flavorful. Cooked med rare perfect. Fries are some of the best for a chain. My friends pops had one of the salads and was pleased. The food and service are always great! However, it is always freezing cold in the restaurant. I know that sounds really good when it is 100 degrees F outside but when you are sitting in the restaurant trying to dine and your hands are shivering that is too cold. Also, the food gets cold too quickly once it is brought out to the table. Coke products and sweet tea are served here.
