Brydge will WOW the most discerning foodies. Truly extraordinary culinary experience. We even got to chat with the chef after dinner to express our delight in the meal. Brydge is a must-experience gem. Have you ever had mung bean glass noodles? Me either till Brydge. All thumbs up. 💗 Have to step out of my lengthy social media hibernation to rave about my recent FIVE STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ dining experience at @brydgebythesea! OUR PARTY of 3 1/2 consisted of a family member (a foodie in his own right) visiting from the East Coast, two adults with dietary restrictions and plant-based preferences, and a toddler who—up until that very moment—had never before eaten out. OUR SERVER didn’t blink at the challenge. Jaime was well-versed and sincerely poetic. Within a couple minutes, he graciously helped us select our beverages, sharing plates, and main meals then interfaced with Executive Chef Elaine Rivera-Glenn to verify our special dietary needs. The AMBIANCE of BRYDGE enveloped us in a peace from another age. With its rich, dark walls and tastefully understated decor, this historic, Victorian-era home made us feel like carefree characters in a story. (And phone gazing wasn’t part of the plot.) The small-but-beautiful painted landscapes on the walls paired perfectly with the nature that could be seen from every tall window in our room. The furniture? A rustic delight. We fell in love at first TASTE and asked Jaime to place an extra order of both our small plates (olive oil potatoes and carrots + parsnips). Next, we were surprised to receive two other small dishes Elaine made especially for us given our table’s dietary needs (avocado with zesty lemon and mouthwatering chanterelle mushrooms + kale). My often rambunctious two-year-old somehow morphed into a sophisticated foodie—eagerly willing to sample each plate and cooing over her favorites. Every dish was freshly prepared and artfully presented. We were treated to layers of delicate, multi-faceted flavors, which never overpowered the main ingredients of each dish—only accentuated them. It was evident to us that BRYDGE sources only the finest local and organic ingredients. And we already know we will be back for more. 💗 Jaime provided five-star service from start to finish. Elaine is a true master of her craft, and BRYDGE shines as the secret culinary treasure of the Central Coast. Highly recommend! ✨ Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

You can absolutely tell how much the chef cares about each and every dish. It truly feels like you’re sitting in her house and she’s making you a meal. There was quite a bit of a vegetarian selection, and everyone had their own favorites. My fave was the beet salad and the potatoes!
