5 minutes till closing on 11/16 at 8:55pm the staff at Brusters decided to ignore me and my spouse standing at the window and continue mopping the floor and left us standing there till 9:00pm when they turned off all the lights on us leaving us in the cold dark. What wonderful customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Such a cool little stop to grab some yummy icecream. The fam and I enjoyed stopping to this place for some real ice cream! Would recommend you visit!

caroline, red hair lady i'm assuming to be the manager, god bless the employees if she is. needs a huge attitude adjustment and seemed lazy. was in a huge rush to sit down and get on her phone

Asked if a particular item was in stock and was told “no” in a very stern tone. Pulled up to window and employee said “I need to give her 4/5 minutes to take care of a emergency” kitchen wasn’t in flames so what could have been the emergency? Obviously had to poop really bad. Don’t take laxative before work next time.

I brought my kids here for some real ice cream, other than McDonald's soft serve. We loved it!! The ice cream was delicious! The service was fast, friendly, and wonderful!! This was better than any fast food Ice cream, a lot better than sweet frog and by far better than cold stone creamery. We will definitely be back again and again.

I honestly do like this place because they do have good ice cream, but I don’t like the fact that they ask for a tip. You shouldn’t ask for a tip at the window all these fast food places and drive throughs don’t ask for tips. Then if you don’t leave a tip I feel like they slope it all together got 2 hot fudge sundaes and they where a mess not good at all. The only good sundae I got was my kids dirt sundae.

Service and ice cream were excellent. Tables outside could have been cleaner. * Update* Went last night (9-19-22) for customer appreciation 6p-9p and I was told the owner "Linda" changed the time to 7p. An email was sent to let us know about customer appreciation but NO email was sent to let us know the time to show their appreciation had changed. Very disappointed. The ice cream was good as usual and service was quick.
