Listen idk about their service or anything referred to in the couple bad reviews but this pizza is one of the best I've ever had. I've had all the good local pizzas in lowell, chelmsford, tyngsboro. This place is special. Disclaimer. I'm a total food snob and typically find something to complain about

Great food, usually takes a few extra minutes, not a place I would eat in. Have always done take out. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
It was a wait but the pizza was delicious! However I will never go there again. The tiny little restaurant is so run down and dirty I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Very good pizza... Made from scratch. Few places do it the old way.

Stopped for a pizza at lunchtime and the place didn't appear busy. After ordering our pizza we sat down and watched the employee using his cell phone for about 5 minutes before he even grabbed the dough tray from under the table. He then spent the next few minutes going between talking to someone in the back and using his phone. After that he stretched the dough without washing his hands or wearing gloves then went back to his phone for a few more minutes. At this point we asked him respectfully if he could focus on making the pizza and not being on his phone to which he said "I know how to make the pizza. It'll come out soon." We then mentioned how he didn't wash his hands to which he replied "The oven is 500 degrees, I don't need to wash my hands." At that point we asked him to stop making the pizza, paid the $5 for the two soda cans we got, and left. Service Dine in Service: 1

We get pizza here almost every week. This place is great, ignore the bad reviews. They are a small shop and can get very busy which sometimes means there's a wait, but order early and enjoy some of the best pizza in the region.
