A great spot to stop in and have a nice dinner! Located inside a hotel, next to the pool this little restaurant has delicious fried cheese appetizers, burgers and salmon. The atmosphere was great and our server was fantastic!

Burger Brujula
Stopped by for apps and drinks and were so impressed we came back for dinner! Great choice of cocktails and every food we had was amazing and fresh. Got the croquettes, steak skewers, lobster risotto, and guava ribs which came with unreal corn and slaw. Highly recommend for quality food compared to other more local dive spots in the area

Very nice restaurant. Great service. Enter through the hotel lobby. My husband had the churrasco and I had garlic shrimp. We both had yucca mofongos on the side.

Really nice place! We went there five times in four days for both brunch and dinners. Fresh ingredients, and great service in a cozy ambience. You won’t wait for an hour before you get served like some other restaurants in the area. Thumbs up to the chef; his technique is precise and refreshing. Literally the best restaurant in La Parguera.

Very nice place…. Food was excellent. If there is something to improve is the music. We visit Puerto Rico to have a Puerto Rican atmosphere and experience.
The unlimited Jamaican music really ruined it. If management can consider a variety of music themes I think it will be a five star place overall.

I recently dined at Brujula in Parguera Plaza Hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The restaurant's decoration transported me to Greece, with its beautiful furniture and comfortable setting. The food and drinks were unique, showcasing the flavors of the local cuisine. My wife and I enjoyed the Fried Codfish and the Brujula Burger, and the taste and quality of the dishes were truly incredible. The staff was perfect, striking the right balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our dinner together. We were so impressed that we will definitely be returning to Brujula in the future.
