I got the western breakfast sandwich! With a side of avocado and it’s AMAZING.

I ordered 2 cinnamon sugar bagels from this store via DoorDash. The bottoms of the bagels were coated in everything bagel seeds/seasoning and bits of cheese. Clean your counters more often, or between sweet and savory bagels, or something..🤢 It was highly disappointing because 1) these are normally the best bagels and 2) I’m pregnant and I really couldn’t even eat these even though I had been craving it. 😐 thanks for ruining my morning!
Busy, but the team moves the line quickly. The farmhouse sandwich was okay, but nothing special. The salmon sandwich with capers and tomatos was great! I always recommend a good everything bagel with lox. I did remove the onions. And the picture was after I already ate half of everything.
I was craving a bagel breakfast sandwich and this place did not disappoint! I got the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich, but they were out of the Cheesy Hashbrown bagel that's standard for this sandwich, so they suggested the Five Cheese bagel as the next best option and that's what I went with. The sandwich was served hot and was very tasty! Definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back again in the future.
I was in a rush and had a little trouble with the menu so I believe I may have not gotten the full experience but it's a little expensive. The ingredients were pretty good though.
I think this store must be under new ownership-totally different crew and not really very pleasant. Usually they cut you bagel for you but mine was left whole and I asked for double toasted and got burned, my iced coffee was in a regular coffee cup - the old bat at counter said “that was a small and that what I got”. No wonder they are giving you a free coffee if you order on line.
Every few months, I treat myself to a salmon lox on salt 🥯 It NEVER disappoints.

Cheddar Pesto Bagel
2 different lunch orders arrived at 1140am and the closed because they were out of bagels. The manager locked the door and yelled at me thru the glass to get a refund thru the app.
Apparently, the customer has to say, "Toasted" and ask if they expect any coffee in any of the containers. . .
I'll assume she works a lot but being friendly isn't much to expect, either.
I'm only giving a two ⭐ because the much younger man was polite and seemingly put real effort into his customer's food.
We however received slapped together and rushed cold bagels.
I've never said "toasted" before but IF I return I will definitely say it BOLDLY, next time!
My family has been coming to this location for well over a decade, as it's the only traditional bagel place nearby. We have seen staff cycle several times, but never has it seen such a dramatic and immediate turn for the worse as it did in the last couple of weeks. The old crew appears to have been completely replaced, and the new ones are not only completely incompetent, but at least one has no concept of what customer service is supposed to mean, going so far as to be outwardly rude and aggressive towards me when I tried to place an order.
I sincerely hope that this change is temporary, because we truly love it there and the old staff and management were so wonderful and kind, and to see it shift so quickly into disarray is saddening. If it keeps up like this there's no way the location survives the year.
