Strawberry Stuffed French Toast
I’ve been going here for years and mainly order online and pickup the order. The food quality and service seems to be going down each time we order. We ordered a couple breakfast items including the French toast bites last Friday. The French toast was completely stale and hard as a rock. I called to see if I could get a replacement and was left on hold for over two minutes. Then what a surprise, the phone hung up before anyone got back on the line. Also, when picking up various orders- you walk in and they will simply stare at you like deer in headlights. I know some of the employees are younger, but loose the attitude and offer help and engage properly with customers. I’m simply giving a name on the order and picking up.
I usually have a great experience. but today I was given the entirely wrong order for pickup and when I called the manager told me “the owner has to take that item off the menu we don’t have it”. Why wasn’t I notified about this? And just decided to give me anything, which is not their decision to make, gave me attitude about it, when I asked to order what I originally wanted. Didn’t offer me any sort of apology or compensation, when I tried telling her it was wrong she argued with me about it. I just wanted to order my food again. I won’t be going back here anytime soon.

The food was great, one down side my poached egg is raw but savannah didn’t hesitate to fix the problem.
She gave great service! I would come again because of service and amazing french toast bites.
