2/28/24 - I ordered a small and large chicken livers, they were dark brown, and grease soaked. The bag they came in absorbed the grease. Tasted it and all I tasted was grease. Very disappointed, came all the way from Indiana. Definitely will not return.

Chicken Tenders
I’ve been coming to this location for decades because the service and quality were always excellent.
My last visit was on 1-15-2024.
The chicken was soaked and dripping excessively with grease, like it was just removed from the fryer. The crust was dark brown.
Despite this, it was only lukewarm not hot.
Clearly it was double dipped back into the fryer in an attempt heat it back up.
On top of that, the mashed potatoes were watery and the green beans were mushy.
Please do better.

I almost never write reviews but I had to just so that no one else makes the mistake of going back to this location.
I used to LOVE the food at this location...particularly the fried okra, mushrooms and shrimp.
After a 6 month absence, I decided to stop by and pick up my favorites. I noticed that the location in under new management, but didn't think it was a big deal. HUGE MISTAKE.
It was obvious that everything is fried in old, overused oil. The mushrooms were soggy and the shrimp appeared to be freezer burned and was also soggy. The biscuits were hard as a rock.
DO NOT waste your money here!
