Went tonight as I heard Christina was going to be there. She is the best. Friendly and remembers you whenever you come in. When the owner of our company visits, he wants to go to Browns when Christina is there. The service was great- the food was good. She makes you feel like you are the most important person there. We dined as a couple on a Friday night. We were seated promptly, despite there being live music. Service was also very prompt, and our server was very attentive. The food and beers came remarkably quickly! The beers were, as always, excellent, and thr food was very good. Called in to place a lunch order for our office (7 meals) - placed a call at 11:30; was advised I need to call back as the kitchen is still setting up and needs to "check the boxes." Asked if an order could be placed over the phone at that time for a pick up at 12:30 and still was told to call back after noon. Why is the telephone being answered? Are corporate orders not important to the business? While the gentleman who answered the phone was pleasant enough it is not the best customer service and makes me wonder if I really want to place an order with this establishment.
