The food is delicious. However, the staff are not friendly. I ordered the 24 cut special with 40 bone in wings. When I called the lady asked me which type of wings I wanted. I told her bone in thinking it came with the special. It was an extra $20 just to get the bone in and I found that out when I got there. They also didn’t bother to warn me about the price difference over the phone. On their website it doesn’t explain that either, so I went there thinking I had to pay $55 like I did last time. Nope. It was $88 for everything. Last time I got the same thing with the bone in and it was $55 so I feel like they over charged just to get more money out of me. Either that, or the staff there needs to be trained better on specials and pricing and how the explain things over the phone. I could barely afford it and when I freaked out at check out one of the employees just kept staring me down and made me feel embarrassed like this was my fault. After ordering here for 5 years, I will sadly not order from here ever again. Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Ordered the 12 cut 20 wings special for $29.99 and a large antipasto salad no onions....the pizza was barely cooked, had to bake it myself...the salad was so warm the cheese on top was melted. I asked for no onions but received them anyway. And there was hard boiled egg on my antipasta salad. I've been ordering from you for over a decade and have had no issues until today. I'm not sure why but it really sucked. I'll think twice before ordering again. $48 total. not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We got a large chicken bacon ranch pizza. It was ready pretty quickly and when I got there the staff was attentive and kind. I was not a huge fan of the pizza though, the bacon was very chewy and I prefer crispy bacon on a cbr pizza, and they drenched the entire pizza in ranch. I know chicken bacon RANCH is what I ordered but there was way too much ranch, like to the point where I had to wipe a majority of it off with a paper towel. Wow. Absolutely rude staff. Never in my life have I ever experienced service like this at a pizza place of all places. I was so disgusted by the attitude on the phone & then to top it off the slices I ordered were cold as ice. I don’t understand. Went to pick up dinner and waited outside to get in for 15 minutes. Had to wait for multiple delivery drivers to get loaded up. Almost half hour to get my order and leave. Today marks the 3rd time I have tried to get food from this place and was denied my order. Other times I can understand but today the service alone is just disrespectful. I called to place an order, a lady picked up the phone and rudely said “Hello”. The 12 cut eggplant topped pizza that I ordered on Monday, Aug 14th 2023 was delicious! Thick crust, generous amount of cheese, good sauce. The establishment has its own unique NYC -like charm. This is a pick up pizza joint! The atmosphere is watching your delicious food being made and usually a smiling helpfull friendly person waiting on you. But if your a miserable person well.. your reflection will show. Always chatty customers happy people waiting for their favorite food. It's a good place. No indoor seating. They deliver.
