Great place for a drink and some wings. I say the wings are better than Brewings. There is a Beautiful Bar on the other side. Brand New. So for adults wanting to have food, a few drinks and be in a great looking place. This is it. It's busy at times. . Yes. But don't let one bad experience keep you from going back and having a good time. Children are welcome I'm sure. But it gets busy and loud. So I don't recommend bringing small babies or children. I took my family after reading the reviews about the great wing flavors and atmosphere. So we arrived expecting to fully enjoy the experience. I knew nothing about the daily deals so that was a pleasant surprise. What was not expected or appreciated was the terrible service! The server took forever to bring drinks, handed drinks with fingers all over mouth of cups, had no menu item knowledge, brought appetizers for our family no plates despite request, wrong wing flavor, and was gone from our table so long that she finally came back to ask us how everything was going to then finally be told we had no food, and she never removed a dirty dish from the table from appetizers to the time my family departed! This experience was awful! We would have loved to make this our regular spot but with this service of course not. Management and/or owners should really be addressing the service better. The wing flavors that were correct, shrimp, and pizza when they finally came were good. And it was only 3-4 small tables in there when we came. Food is really delicious here, but it gets pretty busy, and they barely have people attending the customers. We waited approx 40 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. Once our server attended us, she was great. Other than that, we had a good time on 5 de Mayo. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Maybe went on a slow day. Their concept of sit anywhere you want seems poorly executed. No sign visible for take out. I was there for nearly 40 mins trying to get food to go i might as well have just stayed. Took about 10 minutes for any one to notice I was there. Kitchen staff coming out to talk to customers and telling them how awful it is to work there. Did not leave a good impression for my first time spending good money in these times . Delicious food that was brought out quickly but clearly made to order. Wanted a quick bite and found a new spot to be a regular. Jennifer immediately greeted me with a smile and provided awesome service. She explained everything to my mother in perfect Spanish and answered all her questions. So we came here after seeing there crawfish special. But they where wildly by time we got here so we ordered other things. We told the waitress give us a second to look over menu and she disappeared for 15 mins.. so we finally place the order for the food to be nasty like not seasoned at all. We were very disappointed. We saw all the great reviews about this location but when we arrived we were the only customers in the establishment and all we could see was 4 - 5 waitresses sitting and eating all together. We weren't welcomed and our waitress seemed bothered that we arrived during their lunch moment. There were no smiles and as customers arrived the waitresses would stay at their table eating and talking and rarely check on us. Our fried onion rings tasted like paper and we sent them back after a few bites they looked white and soggy instead of fried and crispy. The burger was decent and the wings could had been better tossed in the sauce. Someone did I think the manager checked on us and changed the rings for fried Mac and cheese but our service was still the same and we still left a tip. We won't be coming back to this location.

For a place that is in the food industry you would think that they would be all about customer service but it's not. Walked in there was only 4 other tables with customers. Waitress came by took our order. We asked for our appetizer to get delivered first which it was. 1 hour and 15 minutes passed before we got our entree. We asked the waitress to make it to go, that we had all ready been waiting a long time. At first she was shocked and all she kept saying was I know I know but no apology. So unapologetic when other customers that arrived after us were getting their food. They need to do something about all the waitresses just sitting on the table by the register not attending to the customers.
